        They send this out about a week after signing up I think. If you ignore it the they increase it to $30 from last experience

      I pretty much only reactivate it each time I have a delivery fee that's higher than the OnePass price.

    Did anyone have some suspicious activity occur on their catch account in the last week or so? I had a two orders made and subsequently 'automatically' cancelled by Catch.

    Contacted them about it and they told me someone had logged into my account nd placed the orders. My question to them was then well how did you know it was suspicious? It couldve been me ordering those items?

    Catch's response to my enquiry feels a bit odd. Maybe theyre trying to hide a data breach or something?

          I have theory that they send a $20 voucher after one week and if you ignore that then they send $30 a week after that. Did you, by chance get $20 voucher and ignored it?
