    How do these compare to Jabra Elite 85t, which are also on sale for $260?
    From the specs, they are pretty much on par.

    I've had 65t for several year now and love them and was never going to get any others except a newer version of those, which is now 85t, but I'm now wondering how they compare to these Sony ones.

      They wouldn't compare. These Sonys are on par with Airpods Pro 2, some would say the NC is superior. You'll find the XM4s on top of many rankings.

        Lol honestly, that doesn't mean much to me. I've never owned any Airpods so I have no idea how good or bad they are and I'm not sure what NC is either.
        Not being ignorant, its just that I've had these 65t ones for years and these are the only thing i can compare to.

          Well, it should. Do you really think the Jabras would compare to Airpods Pro 2? NC is noise cancelling. Check out a few reviews and you'll get the idea.

    Is this more comfortable to wear than the WF-1000XM3? I have a pair of 1000XM3 and I was in so much pain when wearing it.

    How do these compare to the galaxy buds pro 2? I've used galaxy buds since they were first released and currently use buds pro but was wanting the buds pro 2. But seen this deal.

      I compared on soundguys review and they are similar. Difference being buds pro 2 have Samsung only features such as 24 bit rate or something and XM4 have better ANC filtering than buds pro 2. Buds pro 2 have Bluetooth 5.3 and XM4 has 5.2

        I ended up buying the buds pro 2 yesterday and they are a massive improvement on the buds pro. ANC is pretty damn good, I literally just had my co-worker walk in the office and say hello to me twice apparently it was on my her putting her bag on the desk that made me look up lol

    Just keep an eye on the battery life of each side. There's an outstanding issue where one side can have it's battery more or less ruined somehow.

    PSA for those with fit issues I recommend comply foam tips made for this model Comply TrueGrip Pro Memory Foam Tips for All Sony True Wireless EARBUDS.

    Yes they're expensive but for good reason (the foam moulds into the shape of your outer ear canal). They also improve soundstage because of the tiny air pockets in the foam, rather than driving the sound straight into your ear canal.

    I've never owned a pair of wireless buds.

    Im a bit of a sound snob. Always have tuned sound systems in my car and prefer Audio Technica open back (Wide sound stage and even EQ) headphones for gaming and chilling.

    Reviews seem decent for sound quality on these. Curious if there are any audiophiles in here with opinions on them?

      I wouldn't consider myself an audiophile but I own a Sennheiser HD 599 and a Philips SHP9500 connected to a DAC for music/gaming and these headphones impressed me so much that I use them everyday now.

    Why can't i get these for $229?

      Frequency response: about the same
      Bass accuracy: about the same
      Mid accuracy: Bose are much better
      Treble accuracy: Sony are extremely bad while Bose are great
      Peaks/dips: Sony are a little better
      Imaging: Sony are a little better
      ANC: Bose blow these away (the ANC king), but Sony are still good
      Mic: Mixed on both but Bose have better recording quality but worse noise handling
      Battery: Sony are better

      If I had to choose from the two, I would go the Bose. The ANC and significantly better treble far outweigh any positives of the Sony ones.

      It doesn’t get automatically added. I had about 5 mins to claim the deal and add it to my cart (there was a timer). Then 15 mins to complete the order, before it gets released to the next person in the waitlist I guess.
