This is a really good deal for the 2nd gen
Thanks a lot, ordered one although don’t really need it

    • What’s new in the Gen 2?

      • I’m not really sure, not really familiar with Logitech mouse.
What I know is it is lighter in weight and it’s price stays high unlike the 1st gen.

      • +2

Better everything except the GPX lost the RGB (covered by your hand when in use), 2 left side buttons (dog shit buttons anyways unless you are a left handed gamer) and wireless charging (and that is if you had bought the power play pad for $100+).

So yeah no reason to go with the GPW over this when this is a cheaper deal than most GPW deals.

        • +4

Are u confusing g pro and g pro superlight?

    • This is the Ozbargain way.

  • love this mouse. great price.

  • Sweet deal!

  • Historical low on ozb? Crazy good deal and much better buy than the GPW deals we seen recently. Makes you wonder why have the GPW prices stayed so high in the first place? Even RVU have dropped to 80, 90 something dollars many times to make way for RVP but now with this deal GPX is cheaper than most GPW ones.

Micro USB for this price point??? No thank you.

    • +4

its no disputing that this mouse have micro usb, but you should also know that this is also one of the best gaming mouse around and this is one if not the only negative things about it that it shouldnt be the reason stopping you from getting it.

also off topic but nice strike freedom build there, really dig it.

      • Hmm fair enough. How would it compare to the G402? I found the ergonomics of that mouse to be very comfortable while my MX Master 3S seems to be a tad big for my hand (and I got no small hands either)?

        • I never had the g402, only used the g502-i think these have similiar shapes right-and while the g502 is much more ergo, I definitely liked the g pro weight more and while i didnt dig the shape too much for my hand (mines on the small side) i had decent control with it. I think you will be just fine with the GPX at least size wise, whats your grip style?

          • @Brrrrt: I'm used to a bit a claw style I supposed? That's why reach is important for me as I found the G402 to be the perfect size (I believe G502 is similar shape and size as well) while I am struggle a bit with my Master 3S :(

            • @Grey 13: You can use this site to check mouse shapes. The GPX seems a bit smaller around but shouldnt be a big issue me reckons?

        • -6

The mouse is way too light, almost feels like a cheap toy.

          • +7

@ATangk: Its literally designed to be light… hence the SUPERLIGHT branding.
If you're buying this mouse expecting something weighty, the proplem isn't the mouse, it's you.

    • Also not that big of an issue, if you pair with the Logitech G Powerplay Mat

      • Is it wirelessly rechargable?

        • +2

Yep, the mat comes with a Puck which will wirelessly charge your mouse.

      • +1

I will never care about wireless charging mouse pads when they're that small

    • +1

thats realy annoyng, everything else i have now, phone, headphones, earphones, keyboard all charge with usbc would need a aeparate charger just for this

      • -1

Huh? It comes with a cable to charge and use. Just need to plug it into a USB port on your PC.

        • +1

i think the point his trying to make is you need to bring a different cable

    • These mice come with a usb connector that has prongs on it so it goes straight in and almost looks like a proper wired mouse, to be honest the micro usb is a non-issue

      • Agreed. It's really no big deal. USB-C on a mouse is just a connector. We're not going to get high speed or PD for such a device and it would have been unrealistic.

    • You can get a charging stand from AliExpress for about $35 and they work great.

I put mine on overnight when it gets low on charge, which feels like almost never because the battery life is great

  • Amazing mouse

  • Currently using RVU, feels a little small, but still comfortable to use. Is this better for bigger hand?

    • Yes. I actually have the opposite case to you where I feel the g pro is bigger for me while RVU is better for my small hands.

  • Any deals for the viper v2 pro?

    • No exceptional deals like this one for GPX but if you liked the viper shape more, its on sale in jb for 179$*0.85 (using 15% off ultimate giftcards from coles) = 152.15$.

  • oos while i was waiting for swap gc delivery :(

  • +3

Anw Black and White are OOS. Thx Ozbargainers for grabbing them so quick so I don't have to haha

    • +2

Jeez its 25 minutes and ozb already finished the hunt

  • +1

    Magenta is nice

  • Awesome mouse IMO. Have had the original g pro wireless for a while now and zero complaints. Lucky this is out of stock, as I would definitely be tempted to buy the new one.

  • +3

Thank goodness i missed this deal lol. No need for a new mouse but would have bought it anyway

  • as always, the speed of Ozbargainers never disappoint me.

  • There were 19-20 units each for black and white when I saw this post. I asked my wife if I should buy one of this. 15 minutes later they are both out of stock before a decision can be made.

    • +10

Buy first sit in doghouse later

    • +7

So basically you're learning it's better to ask for forgiveness than for permission.

    • the magenta ones still in stock

  • Damn I paid $150 at Amazon a few days ago. Been using it since yesterday and it's an amazing mouse. Feels a bit more responsive than my old G903 and has half the weight. Only thing I miss is the unlatched wheel scroll.

  • Insane deal

  • Thanks OP, daughter was eyeing out the magenta, perfect timing.

  • -7

    not genuine store

  • +4

sweet deal, i would say it is adequate for how old this device is now, given it still uses Omron switch, below-average encoders, and no motion sync.

  • Still cannot beat that heavier version $40 something

  • Has anyone's shipped yet?
