All time low. I’ve been using the Rapoo MT760 for about two months now, and it’s become my go‑to mouse for both work and light travel. The tri‑mode connectivity Bluetooth 5.0, older Bluetooth versions, and 2.4 GHz dongle is extremely handy. One click lets me switch between my MacBook and a Windows tablet. With moderate daily use, I’m still on the initial charge after nearly two months.

VT9Pro or 4k also on special like last deal.

20% voucher for $27.19. There is a buy mouse, get 4k receiver free promo too but seems they don't stack unfortunately.
Ends up being $33.99 for both, slightly cheaper than mouse - 20% + 4k receiver separately, same price as buying the 4K version in the first place.

      • The mouse even at 1k with the included reciever is still amazing.

        • yes, as long as you aren't gaming. as a daily driver its more then enough.

          • @Hugh G Rection: Im competitive gaming for prize pools and its absolutely fine.

I used to play CS1.5 on an intellimouse back in the day, 250hz of wired goodness.

1khz is 'pretty decent'. In fact, several world ranking players are on record as having a 500hz preference.

The higher, the more your hands micro shudders will transmit to the game. Its all about if you need 'help' with macro or micro movements, or if you just want as close to 1:1 as possible :)

            • @MasterScythe: i play at a higher hz, but it's all preference. but if you have a max of 4k, you can play around with many settings. and increase over time and not be capped at 1k if you need more. paying $33.99 for 4k instead of $39.09 for 1k is a win with future expandability.

      • Actually it's buy one, get 2 benefit items so 1k mouse and 2 of the 4k receivers for $33.99. So useful 😄

        • Oh neat, good catch.
I have 1 reciever and 2 mice currently, this will get me 3:3.

          Sold.

That design looked like Logitech MX master…

    • +5

Guess where the mx master is made.

      • no way thats sick

        EDIT:

It seems the rapoo one is just a more competetive price range mouse for a mouse that is almost the same

      • Irrelevant where it's made. It doesn't change the fact that Rapoo is a poo poo poor man's copy.

  • ah nice this mouse. was looking for an mx alternative for a backup mouse and came across this. seems like the best alternative.

Major peripheral supplier since about 2002/3.

First on the Aussie market through MSY I believe about 2004ish.

      • I would also like to be able to buy A4Tech peripherals. Haven’t seen them on Amazon or eBay.

    • +3

One of the better brands, but we get the expensive ones here where you're paying 99% margins for their marketing

    • +1

You're ignorant, this mouse great. Like MX master only actually usable because it's light.

    • I had a $9 rapoo keyboard n wireless mouse kit clearance from.centrecom.

the mouse eventually died some years later. silent mouse tho.

mostly worked great for maybe a year? at most two.

  • Sounds good, i have the first gen mx master as well as master 3s, this would be a cheap alternative to use at work. Thanks OP

  • How easy is it to switch devices using this mouse? Is the button at the bottom like the mx master 3s?

  • How's the side scroll wheel? A comment from the other post says it's useless.

    • +2

Somewhat looser than the mx and feels meh.

Same with the main scroll wheel, feels like a $10 laser mouse.

    • +1

A cheap copy of logitech mx. Their main focus was similar looks and price. feels a lot lighter than the MX. anything more than $30 for this, is asking too much. here is a similar one https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006840123969.html

    Windows only, pass.

The MT760 Mini is smaller than the MX Master, this is not apparent in the photos. Below are the mouse dimensions from AliExpress.

    MT760Mini/ MT760M(suitable for small-sized hands):
    Product Size: 4.52in x 2.91in x 1.65in / 115mm x 74mm x 42mm
    Product Weight: approx. 88grams

    MT760/ MT760L(suitable for big/medium-sized hands):
    Product Size: 4.92in x 3.19in x 1.85in / 125mm x 81mm x 47mm
    Product Weight: approx.110grams

I bought the MT760 12 months ago for $40 because there were no good deals on the MX Master. Having used it for 12 months, I'd never consider the MX Master again unless it wasn't only say $10-20 more.

      • have you ever used an MX Master?

        • 2 versions.

      • I'd never consider the MX Master again unless it wasn't only say $10-20 more.

Because of the price or otherwise?

        • Because fast scrolling and brand only worth max $10-20 more to me.

    • Voucher can be applied to MT760 @ $40.79

Dammit, I just bought one for my wife for $50. I love this mouse and highly recommend it.

I have the llogitech triathlon m720 for the last 2 years. Still working well for me. How does this compare? Thinking getting this for my partners laptop.

  • +1

Does this also have the scroll wheel issue?

    • Ordered the Standard version for $42.49. Fingers crossed the scroll wheel is not a deal breaker.

  • Does it also have a bad scroll? The previous version had problems since day 1, but the rest is quite okay.

  • -1

MX Master 3S scroll wheel can be switched from clicky to loose, this can’t can it?

  • Does it work via bluetooth without dongle?
Does a mouse like this exist? Running out of ports on my work laptop

    • Of course. You can use it exclusively in BT mode or a combo of modes across devices.

(and yeh there are BT only mice)

  • Any thoughts on the mt550? I don't think I need 4k etc? Just a good mouse for work and household browsing

    • +1

I have an MT550, no issues with it but it is smaller still than the MT760Mini so depends what you need. (More like MX Anywhere sized but with a bigger hump)
Uses AA's, not built-in rechargeable, battery life is good but doesn't get used flat out here so cant really make a fair judgment on that.
Kid uses it with their laptop but not always and switched off when not in use but pretty sure I haven't changed the batteries in it since buying in late 2022.

  • Are these quiet or noisy clicking?

    • +1

Bought it yesterday. Pretty quiet "soft" mouse clicks - not sharp loud ones. Coworkers won't notice it.

  • +1

Delivered today. A little light - not in a bad way - and good quality.
It is a small mouse though. I had medium hands and my palm doesn't rest on the mouse, but on the mouse mat. So I move the mouse by just moving my fingers.

    • buy MT760 which is the regular size instead of mini, it's just $1 more.

      • Nice, only noticed the options for the two 760 mini colours and the 750.
Wife has pinched the 760 mini, so I'm in the market again.

My Logitech MX Master 2 has lasted 11 years, still going.
RRP $109, ozbargianed it for $59 from eBay.
No way this copycat would last that long.

    • +1

Based on the quality I see after receiving one yesterday, there is a good chance it will last quite long. I also have a MX Master 3S since 2022. Got this one for my partner.

  • +1

Got one for the wife. Surprised by the quality of it. the buttons are silent and the scroll has a nice feel to it! Thanks OP!
