    i got this https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B08TLQ26D5
but hesitate to open. do you think the value will go up or hold at least to the RRP less few dollars?

    • nothing holds value anymore
      they mass produce everything!

i got this as well, and blaster, soundwave as well

      • i see. i just feel they kind of looks like a children toy really

        • the masterpiece ones might retain and get more expensive, but like most things they just make too much

    • +1

      just open and enjoy

this was like 120 (price after sale $140) when it first released in BigW's midyear toy special.

It has since been on sale for $90

    • +1

For mass produced figures/items it takes more than just a couple of years for it to go up in value. The G1 figures are from the 80's, with some more scarce than others, plus different overall condition/s, resulting in different estimated prices/value. It's all relative.

    • In my experience it will hold. Even the mass market toy grade transformers will hold given the right amount of time.

  • +1

Hey, Perceptor, what's shaking? Other than this fortress?

    • +1

      Lookout and shout - ow!

  • Great toy, looks good in boom box mode

  • +1

Dafaq? I see soundwave on sale but it doesn’t transform into a boombox?

  • Is my original Blaster worth anything?

  • Soundwave still rocks!
