These are great pillows. We bought the contour ones for $100 each and sleep has improved. Only thing I would improve on is the packaging. I got them delivered to work place and everyone was joking about my LATEX delivery as their packaging says exactly what is inside.

Same thing happened to me when I had my sex swing delivered to the office.

    • Handle with care.

      Do not puncture.

    • +3

My gimp mask was delivered on the same day as well. Talk about embarrassment arousal.

    • are you side sleepers? contour looks a bit low for that

  • +1 for the The Classic Plus (firm version) which I paid $90 delivered last year. Can't go wrong with it for $76 in this deal. Buy it for 5-10 years lifespan.

The perfect bouncy pillow for me.

Another happy customer here, I love these pillow's. They seem to last longer than other latex pillows I've tried and the plus size is great because it fills out the pillow case fully. Purchased my first one last 2020 and just purchased 3 more a week ago, if only I waited!

Hi Annoying Source - there is nothing worse than making a purchase only for a sale to launch a week later. If you would like to DM me your order number from last week I will make sure we send out some 100% cotton pillow protectors, with our compliments. Thanks for the kind words.

Hi. Which one is good for neck spine?

      • If only more businesses did this…..

        Top quality customer service.

      • Just bought a couple of pillows because of this customer service.

  • Do these hold their shape. I currently use a hilton latex from pillow talk and after a while it gets a bit soft where ny head is. Wondering if these are worth a crack.

    • Hi Fergy1987 - they do hold their shape. They will compress when you rest your head on them, but partially so that you get the right profile but also the right support. As soon as you lift your head off the pillow they will recover to their original height within seconds. If well cared for (keep out of direct sunlight) they will perform like this for many years & not lose form.

Maybe i should try these. My pillow needs chucking but i cant find another like it as the company no longer exists it seems. Every time i purchase a pillow that says firm, it isnt. What are these like for dealing with chemo sweats?

    • I wouldn't call these firm. More supportive. You'll sink a bit but then it settles at the right height. Slightly bouncy.

      • Bouncy sounds good. Better than my face being smothered when i shift position.

    • I use low and firm. I guess firmness is subjective but I honestly can't imagine anyone would want a pillow even firmer.

  • Hi OP, want to try Classic Plus and Therapeutic contour, by looking at the return policy, it won't be able to ask for refund under Promo price, is that correct?

    • Maybe OP could clarify, if we purchase one and need to exchange, are we able to exchange based on the 20% discount prices?

    • +4

You are indeed welcome to return for exchange or refund, even when using the XMAS20 discount code. We are a small family run business and ultimately we just want our custmers to be happy with their pillow. So do feel confident that if you pillow simply isnt right you can return it to us.

      • that is such a great value. i am buying one!

    • You absolutely can return for refund or exchange, even when using the code. We really just want you to be happy with your pillow, so will always work with you to make that happen.

  • Hmm, tough decision as a side-sleeper who's used to using a stack of two low pillows - to buy a low one to stack on top of one of my older ones, or to YOLO it and buy the King. :o

      • +1

Historically firm pillows haven't been my thing, though granted that's only from trying cheap polyester ones. I know I can trial it, but I'm thinking of trying a more versatile pillow as my first purchase rather than something that's all or nothing.

My sister is actually the complete opposite of me and just wants the least substantial pillow possible, so if I buy something like the Low and Soft or the Stomach Sleeper (which seem almost the same spec-wise, except the latter is 50g lighter?) and don't like it as a stacked pillow, I could probably give it away with ease.

  • We have classic plus but my partner isn't loving hers. Do you recommend going to the medium soft or the low and firm?

    • +1

Ultimately in a pillow what you are looking for is alignment, whereby your head and spine are in a single straight line. Your head should not drop down or tilt upwards because of the profile (height) of the pillow. So perhaps 'The Classic Plus' is too high or too low for her?? And her sleep position should be considered also - for example a tummy sleeper needs a lower pillow than a side sleeper. There is some good info on our website here, including a pillow selector: https://www.tlclatexpillows.com.au/which-pillow-will-suit-yo…

        Too high.

We did get two classic plus, and even between them there is quite a noticeable difference.

        • +1

Yeah I have two of the same pillow also, and there is significant difference between them

    Code dead

  • Love my FusionGel Pillow… paid $125. Got the High and Firm to go on top for WFB.

  • Ordered a low and firm. Hoping it will help with insomnia

  • Bought 2 low n firm. Thanks

  • The TLC contour pillow is so good. I got one a few years ago to try and preferred it over my Dunlopillo.

The only problem was that my partner also ended up loving it and we'd wake up with both of us sharing the one pillow.

Hi OP - do you still offer The Classic Plus in the 'firm' version, as mentioned in the below comments?

Also, would this pillow be similar to the Dunlopillo Medium Profile Firm Feel?

    • +3

We do have a very small supply of firmer 'The Classic Plus'. They are in small numbers so we do not list them on the website. You are welcome to order 'The Classic Plus' and add a comment i at the checkout saying FIRM VERSION PLEASE and we will accommodate. They are very similar to the Dunlopillo you reference, but in our (biased) opinon are better.

Bought the Classic Plus and Therapeutic pillows last month. They really feel like solid good quality pillows. Have given each of the two a try for a fortnight and neither suits just right with my shoulders (Goldilocks lol) so I'll grab the high and firm this time. Postage came really quickly last time. Thanks OP!

  • Hi Op, I suffer from regular neck and back pain. Ate the therapeutic pillows generally better for reducing neck pain? I was keen to try it but the pillow selector didn't recommend one, I assume because I don't have a small frame (6ft1).

  • +1

Which one of the pillows is good for someone with Sleep Apnea?

  • Is there any meaningful difference between these three larger low pillows? Specs look either identical or almost identical depending on where you look.

    • The Low and Soft
    • The Stomach Sleeper
    • The Junior Plus

Same physical dimensions for all three of 70x40x12cm, and the comparison table lists density as Very Soft for all three. However there is a small discrepancy in the weight: the table lists the Low and Soft as 800g, and the other two as 750g. However if you look at the individual product pages, they're actually all listed as 800g. Is this actually the same pillow for all three and just trying to highlight the various use cases for it?

EDIT: The Low and Medium appears to be missing from the comparison table, fyi.

    • +2

Our ‘The Low & Soft’ and ‘The Stomach Sleeper’ are actually the same pillow. It is the only pillow in our range that has 2 names. We were receiving multiple calls & emails each week asking which pillow best suited a tummy sleeper, so we decided to name the pillow accordingly to make it easier for our customers. 'The Junior Plus' is very similar, just a little softer & sits at that 750g. Thanks for pointing out the inconsistancies on the site - genuinely appreciated & will rectify.

      • Thanks, that decides things for me since I was after the lowest/softest one possible, plus one other pillow which I haven't decided yet. But now I can lock in the Junior Plus as one half of my order, despite my junior years being some decades ago. :)

  • Has this deal ended now @Sp8472? I thought it was until the 6th but I've just tried using the code and it's telling me it's not valid. Cheers.

    • The code is still valid & working - XMAS20. No gaps. We have orders coming in using it, and i just tested.

      • Yep all good, working again now thanks!!

        • Thank you for confirming - appreciated.
