          I was able to lodge a missing cashback claim today, got an email already this afternoon saying they didn't receive confirmation from Liquorland about the order & have registered it on my account & lodged a follow up with Liquorland…

          Hopefully no issues with it.

    What’s the usual tracking time? Ordered about 2 hours ago. Order still not tracked.
    Had an issue with Uniqlo few days ago as well, order has been in fact delivered but still no tracking. Have filed a claim.
    I only use CR via app to avoid any tracking issues but lately the experience hasn’t been great.
