      Yes you can. Just contact Boost online chat and request them to activate the new SIM but transfer your existing phone number to it.

      This was their response when I did it last week:

      Just to set your expectation to complete your request, we will be needing to process a sim change. Where we will be needing to deactivate your existing number. Then activate your new Boost Sim under a temporary number and assign your existing number to your new Boost SIM. Also, balance from the old sim will be deferred and unable to transfer to the new sim.
      Lastly, progress can be complete within 24 - 48 hours (max of 72 hours).

      Was all completed in about 15 mins. This is about the third time I've done for consecutive Boost 12 month plans.

    my last boost deal was suppose to track back at $15.20, but I only got $6.00, now I have to go through the whole song and dance with them again to get the correct cash back; so annoying.
