          I mean you can be mad but that's how private companies work. Why would you charge less when you can increase your prices and still fill up the carpark?

    Have noticed that First Parking usually have the lowest rates in CBD. Also, if you are planning to stay longer just contact the customer service they might customise rates for your need(doesn’t apply to shorter durations).

      No bookings, register once and then you are a member, you never have to do anything again to get the 20%.

      The 20% discount applies at all First Parking sites nationally.

      The license plate cameras will read the car number plate on entry and exit and then charge the registered credit card.

      We are trying to make parking simple…

    I really liked the Wilson book a bay. Overnight rates in the CBD were usually pretty good.

      Booking with Wilson or Secure Parking (who I think you may be referring to) doesn't actually guarantee a car space, which is a bit misleading given their respective booking services are called something that suggests a parking space is reserved for you

        booking a spot only guarantees the price. if the car park is full because people took a ticket and you arrive with a booking its tough luck.

      Making a booking doesn't guarantee a spot either. Anyone can still go in and park their car, or the previous cars may stay longer.

      You are just paying earlier by making a booking and forced to request refunds when there are no spots. Getting an overall worst experience.

    I wonder if both the Darling Square and Darling Quarter Carparks are co-owned by Wilson? I'm looking at the Darling Square carpark because thats where I usually park, how does it know I'm an Express Member and therefore charge me the member price?

      We give you notice of any changes to rates either up or down.

    I'll be visiting Sydney for the first time early January, staying at the Grace, 77 York Street.

    Will this be the closest First Parking option to that particular hotel? I do not know the city at all, and am a bit worried about how much I'm going to get stung for parking for 4 days. The hotel is charging $55 a day!

    Is there a surcharge for Amex? Your website says you accept Visa and MasterCard, but Amex seemed to work too.

      usually its something simple to fix and we will refund you the difference.

      No - But you don't book, you sign up once and you are a member and it bills credit card as you leave.

      If you park Monday to Friday 4am - 4am the next day the most you pay is $64 @ $12.80 per exit.
