Stumbled across this previous deal post and it still works. Thought it needed a reshare as with the festive period ahead, everyone will need space for their car!

Note: As per the website the codes are designed for those going to live theatre, but like a lot of things we all abuse the system.

If you'd like my recommendation for carparks out of this list, the T&G Building has to take the cake. During the day the lift takes you inside the building and you have access to toilets and everything. Of an evening you have to walk down through the entry driveway, but you can still take the lifts back up inside, to pay and still go to the toilet (just take a left, another left and then up the stairs, turn right, right again and you're there). Having now shared this publicly one OzBargain the managers will probably now prevent this from happening.

        Booking online doesn't guarantee you a spot. It only guarantees the price if there's space available.

      Agree with this, would rather park at First Parking Parkade for $5.60 (have to register a free account online) if I was heading to any of the nearby theatres.

    Good write up but negging due to the provider and because booking online in advance does not guarantee you a spot.

    I encountered this last week when the car park was full and had to park in a different car park… Wilson customer service is pretty much non existent and they'll take 2 weeks before they decide to issue a refund or voucher for parking next time

      Wasn't aware of this. I always thought that similar to Secure parking's online booking portal it guarantees you a spot. I'll have to keep that in mind next time, thanks!

        If you're getting in early enough it's probably fine but otherwise it's a bit of a gamble

    I have never booked online with Wilson Parking before. I understand their grace period policy, but say I book online for 9am-5pm but arrive 11am and leave at 3pm would I get penalised for this? I am talking about a regular week day booking.

      Nope that's fine. I parked on Saturday, booked for 12pm till 11pm entered at 2:30 and left at 8:30.

    Is this working for anyone? Tried a few times and get the message transaction has been declined. Tried different cards but nothing seems to work. The vouch code does get added correctly though…

    Just used for flinders gate one near fed square on Saturday night. Booked online and have $7 pending on card. Entered car park fine with card. But on exit tapping same card it was not approved and now have both $23 and $7 pending on card. This does not look good and only try at your own risk. Buyer beware

      That can happen on occasion. Contact customer service with your booking reference and ask for the $23 back

        Thanks for that @kerfuffle. I have lodged complaint and they have refunded $23. They were pretty quick about it, responding and refunded in 3 days. However they warned it’s a one time good will gesture. For reference I will just stick to physical card rather that thru Apple Pay for entire process.

          Hmm. I usually have to claim once every two years or so but I also praise them for continually upgrading their carpark and point out that I've been using Book A Bay for over a decade so know very well how to use it

          Edit: yeah you shouldn't have used Apple Pay. They mention that when booking as it's a different number to the physical card
