    the wings are that small they need to start letting the chicken out of the egg before parting it out.

      It's a bit hit or miss.

      Some stores have massive wings that could be the size of a normal chicken piece, but yeah some are like little tiny chick pieces

      It appears they have implemented these promos 'properly'.
      Targeted accounts have a (what appears to be) unique code with data on uses and max uses.
      Codes are automatically added to the cart in the background and the item code itself is the same as what appears in the regular menu.
