Choose Your Reward: $100 Cash Back, $100 E-Voucher, or 25,000 Citi Rewards Points @ Citi Rewards Credit Card (Activation Req'd)

120

Received an email from CitiBank, so may be targeted and may have different spend requirements. Mine isn't the greatest for the spend but decent time period to spend in.

"Choose how you would like to be rewarded when you shop with your Citi Rewards Card ending in XXXX and spend $5,500 or more on eligible purchases from 15 December 2022 to 14 February 2023".

Activate by 18 December 2022 by choosing your preferred reward - $100 Cashback, $100 Woolies/JB-HiFi or Myer eVoucher or 25,0000 Citi Rewards points.

    that's terrible
may as well just sign up to a new credit card and spend the 5.5k there and get far more points.

    • Not terrible for those targeted that are on fee free for life cards.

      • It’s essentially free money for me. I’m spending it anyway.

yeah, what I am saying is, you can get more 'free money' by 'spending it anyway' with a new credit card.

But for those that don't want to (or are unable to) get another credit card, then sure.

So people upvote a $3 score on ShopBack and this is not a deal?

      • because this is targetted.. but I did not get it..

  • Thanks OP. I must have missed the email

  • Still a deal but for myself I would rather apply another credit card to get the bonus offer.

Have had to go back and forth with these clowns and still haven't gotten a card/email or text message saying my application has been approved, despite them telling me it has.

The overseas call centre employees obviously want to use the max amount of time possible because that's how they stay employed/make money. Citibank pays them peanuts obviously and couldn't give a rat's.

  • Well I didn't get one of these emails :-(

  • I’ve gotten a generic email from citi saying they have opened up these rewards. The offers section of the app is always empty, I have a free for life visa plat and not an MC? They seem to be only available for MC owners?
