  • please note that you can't double stack with Rewards 4cents, plus discounted AmpolCash 6% vouchers for payment.

  • Can you pay in store or do you need to pay thru the app?

    • you have to pay through the app. and if the app stuffs up your payment, the staff in store can't do much to help you out; you'd have to pay full price

I'd rather do the everyday rewards 4c +NRMA 5c + Ampol gift card then.

        • can u use both everyday rewards & NRMA at Ampol woolies station?

          • @dajiska: Sometimes it stacks.. I think it's up to the individual cashier.
I've had mixed results at the same outlet…both are listed on the receipt but sometimes the ww discount is zero…although it still accrues ww points for the transaction.

          • @dajiska: "Ampol Woolies" is an ambigious trademark as it can refer to two companies.
            * EG Ampol - the owner/operators of the former 'Woolworths Caltex', they will also have EG branding on the shop, and the few EG Ampol sites that still have the old Woolworths branding at the front of the shop (being phased out by the end of this month) will still EG's 'Save 4 + 4' promotion at the front of the shop. EG Ampol sites do not accept NRMA discounts.

            • Ampol Woolworths MetroGo - owned and operated by Ampol Retail Pty Ltd under license in place of the Foodary brand in numerous locations in NSW and Victoria.
Ampol Woolworths MetroGo will not accept WISH cards of any type despite the Woolworths MetroGo branding on the shop as they just sell some Woolworths branded items in the shop, and they still use Ampol's Point of Sale (POS) systems.

TLDR; the NRMA and Everyday Rewards can only be used at a Ampol Foodary or a Ampol Woolworths MetroGo station, including the Foodary and Woolworths MetroGo locations which also accept the 4c discount. Technically the NRMA + Woolworths discounts are not permitted to stack, but whether you get a stacked discount is up to the discretion of the Service Operator.

Ampol fuels are considerably more expensive in my area. Even with 6 cents off per litre, I almost always find cheaper prices elsewhere.

Ampol is a rip off. In Melbourne then and shell are always more expensive by 12c+

  • this Ampol's price is about 10c higher than "Woolworth EG Ampol".

  • Wish can add ampol gift card to pay on their apps

  • Can someone enlighten me what can be used at what type of Ampol stations? There are three types showing on petrol spy atm:
    - Ampol
    - Ampol GG
    - Ampol Woolies

    I have
    - AmpolCash egift card
    - Woolies everyday rewards
    - Uber driver 6¢ off Ampol

Trying to figure out what and where. I tried to read @Cookie Monster’s thread but it’s going over my head and the thread is closed.
