Is the platinum or herringbone a smooth non irritating fiber? Do they shed fiber/lint like the melton does?
finally how do I get and use the credit towards new purchase?
No worries - our Australian distribution centre will need to foward the garment onto our NZ DC and the return will be processed there. With our Australian returns we will usually just refund the purchase price back to the card that was used to pay - if you want an exchange it's best to just place another order.
The platinum herringbone is a woven fabric so it is a lot different to the Melton. Melton fabric is matted together by a heat press which gives it a texture and look like felt, where as herringbone is woven in a zig zag pattern which makes it a lot smoother.
I've just asked our buying team for the specs sheet for each of these jackets - once I get them back I'll let you know.

Hey there, we've just opened up the Australian returns centre so it's still a work in progress - my guess is at latest we'll receive it in Auckland on the weekend so we'll process the refund on Monday. I'll see if i can do something to hurry it along though!

its good, size is ok, but when i wear it over my office shirt, my shirt become dirty (lots something like hairs - maybe wool ???)
how to keep my shirt clean?Hey there, the jacket will have a lining that should stop this from happening. Some of the fibres of the melton may have ended up inside the jacket throughout the dispatch process so it shouldn't keep happening. If you grab a roll of tape and roll some tape off around your hand so the sticky side is facing out, you can use this to pat down the inside of the jacket to pick up any loose strands of the melton.

Placed my order on the 18th (last Wed) and the bundle was delivered this morning (Monday). That's barely 4 working days from time of order to time of receipt. Very well done.
Now, I'm just hoping everything fits :)
Highly impressed all round especially when prices are considered.
The black Wool Melton fits well, however the M is closer to a 40 (size guide suggests 38-40).
It's a little large, but when wearing a few layers underneath it's better it's not too tight. Still making up my mind and may even get another one in a different style.
