if you find one lemme know, dont wanna pay for the shipping either lmao

    • I've bought the AstroAI from Amazon. Same shell, different colour. It's pretty accurate interestingly.
But currently 4x the price of this, so not really "Equivalent".

Bought one of these a couple of days ago.
For $5 it's definately a handy device to have in your car, you don't have to screw anything on the valve stem to give you a reading which is quite convenient

The only dislikes I have are as follows

    • It does feel quite flimsy and light (weight wise)
    • You need to disassemble the device to access and replace the coin battery inside, it doesn't have an easy-to-access cover.
    • There was no requirement to pull a pull tab thing to initiate the first battery contact with the terminals (Most coin-battery powered devices require you to do that so the battery doesn't deplete from sitting idle) so it may or may not last long depending on how long it has been sitting in their warehouse
    • What type of coin battery is it? Also is the screen backlit?

edit: clearly the screen is backlit in the image.

      • The screen is indeed backlit

I'm not 100% sure which type of coin battery it is, the manual and all included documentation just states '3v Lithium Coin Cell'

        • It's probably a cr2032, since cr2025 batteries are mainly used in applications where the thickness matters. If that's the car it's not too bad. Hopefully just a single battery

I have one of these, it works, but it uses multiple LR44 batteries which I dislike for a variety of reasons (cost, risk of a kid eating them, environmental), so I don't use mine.
