  Looks like you can use the landfill strategy to get:

  • 1TB for (168.98+7.20) * 0.94 = ~$165.61

  • 2TB for (332.62+7.20) * 0.94 = ~$319.43

Since the discount (now 5%, was 6%) is more than the cost of the second item, you get a small saving.
