Not sure what is going on with True Rewards, but the site seems to be under maintenance for a quite long time.
I need to swap some of my Choice Gift Cards purchased via Cashrewards.
Is there another way, or I am stuck until TR comes back up?
It sure would have been nice if they actually sent out an email regarding the site maintenance.
At what stage were you stuck with the swap?

Exactly my experience so far. For the most part of the year, no issues until we hit the silly season.

Try in the middle of the day.
TR was in maintenance even during the middle of the day last week. Hence this gripe thread.
Down earlier with maintenance and still not loading properly now.
Really poor to take the money and then not provide the service or inform prior.
What is even worse is every time there is a major cashback promotion, TrueRewards goes into maintenance.
I reckon these f***ers are playing games. Happened again yesterday.
Just take a look at Prezzee, on the other hand. No downtime when you really need to swap out to eBay or Amazon or any other brand during a promo.
Even if they posted a schedule of their planned down times, then you would know they are not pulling these stunts on purpose to keep your money for longer.

I am just lucky I had some swap GCs within my Prezzee wallet.
All I can think is that they must have a really horrible database and/or backend.

I was able to log in, and got to the swap step. I tried a swap with my Choice card, which had 0 balance, so the right message came up - saying I had already swapped, and the cards I swapped for. This was just a minute ago.
At what stage were you stuck with the swap? I could not emulate all the way since my card had 0 balance.
