    A perfect SB strategy is to start a similar deal after 4pm, on the day that CR has run a giftcard deal. The giftcard needs to be usable for the deal.

      You don't, having said that there's almost no way they'll hit the 5000 cap.

      For stores that don't have immediate tracking reserved slots are better, but that also means a lot of waste.

    anyone know how the heck do I block SHOPBACK redirecting me to its stupid CHORME EXTENSION from webstore first ???

    Feel like people really need start reporting to google about that spamming from website, (you click on login, it redirects to stupid chrome webstore, you click on a store to shop now, again redirects to stupid chrome webstore)

        yes i had installed it before then uninstalled it because it was useless. didn't show the stores or their Terms & condition more than half the time. So i got rid of that junk. And seriously dont need that back extension again

      You might just be right.

      I can confirm no tracking on my purchases as well.
      All my past eBay orders tracked in less than 12 hours via Shopback.

      But on the bright side, True Rewards is out of maintenance now. ;)

      I got the notification that my challenge was completed around 4AM.
      When I try to view the challenge via the notification, a "not found" server error occurs.

      Looks like a glitch to me, and certainly not the first time.

      Akin to all other Earn More challenges, the Bonus won't track until the Cashback on your qualifying purchase is redeemable, but the Challenge status should change to "Reward Pending" once your purchase tracks and is pending.

          I received two notifications a couple of days ago - one for the actual eBay order and one for the challenge being completed (i.e. Reward Pending state).

          The issue here is that the challenge itself has completely disappeared from all of our accounts.

          As I write this comment, this is still very much the case.

          I also note that this issue occurred with a previous challenge in the month of November.

                @gotyourback: Sorry about the tardy response. On the road. I did take a screenshot, and will DM you as soon as I am back.

                On the notifications stream within the SB app just above the tracking of the base amount from the qualifying eBay purchase, there is a Challenge update entry (which corresponds to this challenge). When I tap on it to view the challenge, the following message still shows up:

                Challenge cannot be accessed

                This might be a hint as to why your internal team is able to see this challenge but we cannot view it.

        Hey mate, I have same issue as others do. I completed the challenge and it appeared as 'completed' 'reward pending' in my 'ongoing' list once, but now it disappeared. I cannot find it in history either. Same issue had in a previous bonus challenge a few weeks ago, but that one came back later in a couple of days, not this one - I waited for a few days to see if it returned itself but turned out no - In the meanwhile I tried to contact shopback team, I see people post the problem here so I also leave a message here to see if you can help me.

                @wekimekigugudan: Hey mate, having a look your purchase tracked as coming through over $10, the Cashback amount tracked for the item is 1% which was the correct Cashback rate for the category you purchases (Came under Collectibles which was at 1% that day). The Bonus for yours has changed to "Reward pending", and will track once the Cashback on your purchase is made redeemable.

        I can confirm I can see the completed challenge now. Interestingly, I don’t seem to have the actual eBay purchase tracked for the challenge confirmed yet but usually that’s slower so it’ll probably come through later?

    I used my $5 Ebay+ voucher when I made a $45 purchase with this challenge. My Shopback App says "Challenge Completed. Reward Pending". Tracking says $0.19 cashback tracked on 23/12 redeemable 22/02/23 - will the challenge be paid or not ?
