    Word of warning klook is good when it works but challenging when you encounter a problem. Recently booked Disneyland only to find days not available.

    Cancellation did happen eventually, but it was only after I discovered you can't call or similar to anyone, confusing t&C meant I was unsure if I could cancel and was left in limbo waiting to see if I got my money back.

                  It looks like you just missed out on booking! We allowed the spin the wheel to continue until all the tickets were actually booked - to allow those customers who were going to Japan and wanted the actual ticket, the best chance.

                    But in trying to rationalise your company's bait and switch marketing tactics and a system that has clearly failed some of your potential customers (just have a look at a few comments down this page), you aren't actually helping and your company just looks silly.

                    This is the sort of stuff that gets larger companies get into trouble with the ACCC. Anyway I've wasted enough time this morning and you're down a customer, Merry Christmas all.

                    @BookWithKlook: This is the worst planned giveaway of all time. How can 'winners' not even book a ticket, biggest waste of time and sign up scam. I had won a USJ ticket and saw the expiry was 11:59pm and was planning the dates, great to know after the vouchers reached maximum usage. Good luck with retaining customers.

    Cut off date for all tickets to USJ for this promo seems to be end of feb. if I'm visiting in early March, that means this promo isn't applicable to me right?

      I'm in the same situation mate and hence the voucher expiring today at midnight is a bit ridiculous… USJ tickets seem to be released 2 months prior so March tickets are only available in January.

      Another user mentioned Klook promo codes from this competition are applied immediately to account, so it might not be transferrable if Klook only allows 1 account to own the promo code. I also had this problem when I tested a few codes on this thread to observe how the process works.

    Won the USJ ticket, went to book and not available. It seems like the whole 'spin the wheel' thing was just to get access to the promo code - the competition is being quick enough to book the ticket with the promo code before 500 got used up. It should have been first 500 spins are guaranteed prizes as long as you book by end of day, then re-release the codes that weren't booked.

        Please explain how limiting a prize of an already limited amount safeguards against use?

        As someone who "won" is travelling within 2 months I was unable to get a prize. Someone who was waiting for the spin to unlock and was ready to book within a couple hours was unable to get something.

        You safeguarded against nothing and limited a prize that was limited to draw more hype for you dying website. As someone who has used klook for years and has spent thousands with thousands ready to be spent this year you have guaranteed a loss of a customer. I hope you are happy.

    I won twice, but don't need either prize. I've got the following to give away:

    • 1x Have Fun in Kansai Pass, expires 25 January.
    • 1x Harukas 300 (viewing deck on Osaka's tallest building) admission ticket, expires 26 March.
    • 2x JR Haruka Airport Express tickets, both expire 25 March (one is KIX to Shin-Osaka, the other is KIX to Tennoji, but you could use both to just go to Tennoji).

    Ideally this could be used by 2 people travelling together, as the Kansai pass includes admission to Harukas 300 as one of the possible activities, so you could go together with the individual admission ticket.

    Reply to this and I will send you a PM. Please only request these if you can use them, i.e. are travelling as 2 or more people, landing at KIX some time in January. Thanks.

    I was going to say that I have a Have Fun in Kansai Pass and didn't realise it was only for availability til end of Jan. I am going in May. It looks like the availability is for: Sold Out. If the code can be used by someone else, I am happy to private message it.
    Otherwise, this is a good story of how to destroy your online reputation. I am sure there are other places to buy your tickets for experiences and rail passes for Japan.
