Also, click+collect has been a no-go since even before the pandemic. The service offering has been going backwards, like what's going on over there??
When they were doing carpark click and collect during lockdowns (essential worker pickup) I had a guy come out, see my popped motorcycle lid boot and me standing a few meters behind it, and cracked an absolute (profanity) tantrum about the policy being "car pickup only" and "having to place this in a boot".
I asked him if he thought opening a boot and sticking his head into a hotbox of virus was a better idea than what we were doing (and oh, I literally don't have a car) and he literally huffed, puffed, threw my items into the box and stalked back inside.
If that's a symptom of the culture (either as a front line worker, or god forbid, a manager) fuuuuuuuuuuuuu** everything about that.
I don’t want to but then for many special pc cases it seems like they are the only one that still sell and leaving me no option…
PCCG never had good customer service imho. Not even 15 years ago
pccg were sold to a german company a couple of years ago. maybe it's just how customer service from german companies go. aldi staff are mostly rude. bosch customer service is bad.

It's a great looking piece of kit. The fan is very quiet as well but I did have 2x of these units pop within 6 months of each other. I've now gone to a Seasonic 1300W which has been flawless apart from a noisy fan.
From sitting on top of the hill, PCCG has been on a massive service decline for years, and is a big blunt "no" right now. Check their socials. Tons of complaints on radio silence, weeks to get back to people on issues. The company, after what, decades in operation? Has turned off it's phones. You can't call them, for anything. Sales, support, advice, nothing. They are also completely ignoring people commenting on socials while posting new content often. Stories of people having to reverse charges on credit card to get their money back for various issues. The entire thing smells of the usual "buy out and gut" methodology of business, and I went from an ardent fan to pledging never to give them another buck.
Recently had a terrible experience with them that could of been resolved several weeks earlier if they had someone to simply pick up the bloody phone. Tons of shops around, even chains, that can pick up the phone.
