On the technical side it's using YMTC 232 layer TLC flash paired with a Maxio MAP1602A controller and 1200TBW write endurance. Instead of DRAM cache it offers HMB and pSLC cache.
While the exact size of the cache and the speeds it drops to when the cache is exhausted is unknown, we can base it around the Lexar NM790. That SSD a approx. 280GB dynamically for pSLC cache with the speed dropping to approx. 2500MB/s when the cache is exhausted and a cache folding speed of 800MB/s. Very good compared to a lot of QLC SSDs that'll drop below HDD speeds when the cache is exhausted.
Lexar NM790, same components, similar price. Likely to have better after sale support and warranty due to wider local availability.
