Contacted their chat and it took 10minutes for this dumb agent to realise that I was not referring to deposit cash bonus.
$50 cash bonus was blocked because they deducted I used another device to login though I never used any other device( I only used different browsers because email verification automatically went to Edge instead of Chrome during sign up process). The agent wanted me to install App on another mobile and then send them screenshot of new mobile along with 'Me' page of the account page.

Deposited $1000 3 days ago and got nothing. Called them up and they denied knowledge of the promotion, so I sent them the promotional link - thank god it is still working! Anyway they still couldn't say whether they owed me anything and it would take them up to 3 business days to respond - which is going to be ages over Christmas. Not happy, but I hope they will honour this or it is false advertising.
Similar experience. Opened yesterday, first deposited $1 and then $1000. I followed strictly the steps in the T&C that says deposit ANY amount to receive $20. Then deposit $1000 to receive $90.
However I can only see 'The Australia Welcome Bundle' cash coupons showed up (5 of them) under Rewards which seems to be the deposit $100 get $10 promotion. There is no Time Limited Offer $110. Very confusing indeed and not reliable given they can't even get this right.
They somehow have promotions stored on different web pages and the one we went through and references to the Christmas bonus somehow now does not appear on their website, but if you load up the reference link, the deal is still there. I had to copy and paste the link and send it back to them to show that this is something that they are still currently advertising. I thought the other rewards you are referring to were in addition to the ones we received, so I also tried to deposit $100 for the $10 bonus. I didn't get that either, so so far I've sent $1100 and received nothing. I hope to see something go through soon, or I think I will be looking to contact consumer affairs if they deny me to advise of false advertising under the Trade Practices Act. I also mentioned to them that I know people who had been quickly paid the bonus already.
They actually paid it by the end of the day after I spoke to them about it and I sent through the web address of the advert sign up page, so all sweet now. Not sure if it would have been paid though if I didn't contact them.
