    Mine too… Received an email 16/12 will be delivered by express post on the 21/12 (thought great still before Xmas) checked website yesterday 21/12 & still not even packed.
    Was on to customer service straight away & all they could say was sorry we are having delays at our distribution centre. Grrrrrrrrrr

    It just states "you may not be" in the Cashback tips page

    You may not be eligible for Cashback:

    • If a gift card is purchased or used as payment.
    • If a coupon code is used that is not listed on Cashrewards.
    • If your order is not fully completed online or is later changed.

        I believe you're referring to the section on the 30% off sale under "Offers and Coupons" "Terms and conditions may apply. See adidas website for details.".
        Those are Terms and Conditions from Adidas applicable to their current sale, not in relation to use of gift cards.

        In saying that, I did just receive CR tracking for cashback and the amount tracked is the balance after gift card is applied.
        e.g., use $50 gift card and paid $3 on top. CR only track the $3

          Thanks, It looks like your example answers the question. Too bad the answer isn’t what I want to hear. $3k card to spend so 20% uncapped would have been great.
