Sony A7c has not seen much discount in the last 18 months because of supply constraint, they suspended production for a while due to global chips shortage.
This is as good a price as it gets without cash backs. At least the discount is immediate and you don't have to wait 2 months.

Kit lens was bundled in other stores (before shortages) for $500-$600 more. For a 28mm-60mm f4-5.6, I would rather spend that difference on prime lens instead
The 28-60mm is surprisingly sharp and compact. I got one as a light travel walkaround lens. Its not as good as the Fuji 18-55 but is better than a lot of kit lenses out there.
It's good, but it is a very expensive lens even as a bundle and very limited aperture option. If people are looking for a compact camera with a kit lens to do majority of the work, why get a full frame and not get apsc like a6600 instead?
