  It's just a dumb connector, it'll pass through anything.
  
  But unless you have outstanding cables with absolutely no loss, your 4K120 signal isn't going to make it to the other end perfectly.
  
  It's already difficult to carry 4K120 just with a direct cable connection, never mind with some random additional connector in the middle of the path !
