      Off course. Personally, I only do cash back orders through the app, the PC has too many things like antivirus and blockers working in the background.       Yep, they always work. I find Aliexpress and seller codes always work. It's the random codes you find on other sites that will cancel the cash back.

              @amsaini15: Non-affiliated products still get 0.5% cashback with SB but be careful, make sure the cashback is over 1c or you can have issues. For me it ended up calculating and then rejecting, I had to get in touch to get the bonus.

    Can you get cashback when you pay with the Chemist Warehouse gift card purchased from ShopBack?
    I'm a new member and did the $5 bonus, spend $5 at any online shop. Spent more than $5 at Chemist Warehouse on 22 Dec and paid using the CW gift card from ShopBack. Picked up order but it is not tracked yet and challenge is still showing. Does anyone know if CW takes a while to track? Thanks.

    I just realised the spend amount excludes GST. As a new member, I did the $5 bonus, spend $5 challenge at Chemist Warehouse on 22 Dec but it did not track as order was 2 cents short (ex GST). I did the challenge again today and paid with the Chemist Warehouse gift card. It hasn't tracked yet and challenge is still showing. Not sure if it was because of the gift card payment.

    I bought 5 items on CWH for just over $50, but only 4 items were tracked separately in a few hours. I won't be bothered to make another purchase, but may contact SB to sort it out later. Surprisingly, the last item was tracked in 48 hours.

    For CWH, SB tracks purchase by individual items while CR tracks purchase by the whole value.

      Unsure mate, though my guess would be they're fine to use but Cashback/Minimum spends will be calculated based on the portion paid for after the coins are used, but I don't for sure at the moment and a lot of our team are off at the moment to be able to check for you, so I'd use at your discretion.

      The Challenge will base it one the time of the transaction, so even if it comes through a bit later (AliExpress has a 4 day tracking window) you should be fine, but reach out via DM if you need.

Its a bit strange because the amount was close to another order I had in Nov when SB also had the same challenge, but seems I didn't account for lower cost due to coins and a few of my order had a little higher shipping cost, which I usually avoid :(.
