      Depends on you. Personally i like tomford ombre leather. But between these two i would go with black orchid. But everyone is different.

      Black Orchid really needs to be sampled first. It's a very dark and chocolatey floral which is very unisex. Lovely stuff, but not so much of a masculine fragrance which might catch some guys off.

    Armaf Club de Nuit Intense Man…a fraction of the price…identical after the first 2 minutes. Have both, blind tested on all my family and friends.

      Agreed. I tried on the Aventus at Myer then went and bought the Armaf Intense at Chemist Warehouse for $40.
      Sprayed the armaf on another shirt and couldn't smell the difference.

        Does it last as long though? My experience with cheaper ones is that the smell doesn't last half the time it does with more expensive ones.
        Plus this is EDP and Armaf is EDT, so not really a fair comparison.

          The Aventus was still like I'd just applied it after 7+ hrs with 2 sprays.
          The Armaf was still lingering after the same time with 1 spray + sunscreen and a swim, only picked it up 2 days ago so haven't tested enough yet. For $40 i'm very happy with it.

      No. Not even close. I bought that stuff based on comments here and elsewhere and deeply regret it. Ghastly smell! Not even close to the decant of 2015 Aventus which I have.
