1. Bonus Cashback via the Westpac Lounge is calculated based on the Order Value, excluding any GST/Taxes, Delivery Fees, and after any promo or voucher code is applied.
2. Please allow a few minutes of processing time before 11:59pm to ensure that the order processes in time to be eligible for the Cashback.
3. Please wait for the full tracking window for the store (4 days for Chemist Warehouse, 7 days for eBay, 4 days for Amazon) to reach out about tracking troubles, as often the tracking can update in that period to reflect correctly.
4. Cashback via the Westpac Lounge is only eligible on items that already have valid Cashback, meaning that 0% Categories/invalid coupon code use will not entitle you to Bonus Cashback.
5. Gift cards can be used in tandem with your Westpac card for eBay and Amazon only, provided an eligible Westpac card is used for part of the purchase. Chemist Warehouse does not accept gift card as a partial payment when redeeming Cashback.

  @gotyourback Just letting you that Amazon AU and CHW orders are tracking the amounts correctly on SB.
  eBay AU is not even close.

  Here is an example. AU $129.99 was the order total after all discounts/vouchers and shipping costs. This amount was paid using GCs and Westpac CC (~$40 charged to CC).
  Tracking email which came through just now shows: $0.24 (Base rate) + $8.92 (Westpac 15% rate)

  Not sure what to make of it.

      I also have issue with this one. My westpac bonus did not track at all this time for some reason. It was an order in US dollars on eBay Australia and charged in AU$ (AU$205 with GST, so AU$186 without GST). So I paid AU$200 with gc and AU$5 with my Westpac CC. Normal 0.5% cashback tracked as expected ($0.93) today but I don't see the $25 expected westpac bonus cashback :/. What is wrong?

        Likewise, ordered something from a Chinese seller which was listed in USD, paid in AUD. $50 on gift card, $150 on my Westpac cc. Only the regular 0.5% cashback tracked, as well as the bonus $3 from another challenge. I’d added my credit card to ShopBack 15 minutes prior to buy the $50 gift card with $5 cashback.

        @gotyourback I also cannot report issue because chat does not work as it should when reporting missing westpac bonus. Everytime they ask me my email and then phone and then I get "Sorry, I didn't get that" and I cannot finalise report. Tried 4 times, same issue. Very frustrating.

    It looks like everyone got a cashback of 7% from ebay instead of the expected 15%. I personally got $3.67 in cashback from a $56 item. Let's give @gotyourback a couple of days to investigate this. Shopback usually comes through in the end.

      I have this issue with Amazon. Purchase made at 10:17 pm 31/12/22 stacked with the $3 (which is showing as completed pending) but the tracked cashback is only the regular amount. No 15% cashback in the same or any other cashback line item.

        Hey mate, I'm for sure looking into this still, I think I've found the issue in that some users that have experienced this have used coupon codes at the checkout with eBay or Amazon, which I believe is impacting the tracking on the back end. It's likely that any Bonuses attached to orders that utilised coupon codes will ultimately be rejected as coupon codes are against the terms here, but if you've not used a coupon code on an order and still have incorrect tracking for your bonus, shoot me a DM so I can take a proper look individually for you.

          @gotyourback: Thanks for update. My issue is still not resolved for me. I contacted SB support and they are still looking at it it seems.
          I partially paid with giftcard and my linked westpac card.
          As I explained above and to SB support, I have not used coupon and normal cashback tracked properly but the westpac bonus cashback (15%) is missing (expected capped $25 on $186 order without GST).

          Will reach out via DM later.

  Does anyone know why the eBay order numbers are completely different within the SB tracking emails compared to what you see under eBay Purchase History?

    That's the number reported to us by eBay, since the purchases are tracked by item, the item number in the order is what's sent through to us. If you search the number from ShopBack in your emails, the order confirmation will come up there if need be.

      I double checked the order numbers reported by eBay to SB, which is on the SB tracking emails for eBay AU purchases.
      They are not valid item numbers, as you mention above.

      Furthermore, they don't appear on anywhere other than SB tracking emails. Likewise, for Amazon AU purchases.

      I think they must be internal order numbers reported through to affiliate partners.

      Interestingly, only CHW SB tracking emails show the order numbers which match up with my CWH order confirmation emails.
