      Depends on the merchant you're shopping with, Amazon and eBay yes, others may invalidate your Cashback or deduct the amount paid for by gift card from your reported spend. Best to check the store's terms on our website/app if unsure.

          It is in addition to regular cash back, so it should depends on whether you've met the regular conditions for each store. Done slow gift cards, done don't. Purchases of gift cards are excluded.

          Paying with gift cards is fine for eBay and Amazon, though other merchants will have different terms for gift card usage so best to check the terms if shopping elsewhere.

      0% Categories and code usage will invalidate the Cashback, however it should track at $0 Cashback and still award the Bonus.

        I received an eBay e-mail from a private seller offering me a discount on a recent item I viewed. This has the option of Buy It Now on a CD (1% for existing customers). As long as I spend over $20, would this still attract the $3 bonus? TIA, savemore.

          That'll probably be considered a "Best Offer" which eBay exclude in their terms, so I'd tread with caution there mate, eBay could invalidate the Cashback on it which'll cause the Bonus to fail to complete.

      Yep, I have a few in there.

      From what I can tell they were not paid out, I think from tracked but rejected cashback. I got in touch for all but one (correctly rejected) of them and they were manually credited.

    Word of caution, some users are still waiting for their $5 bonus from the recent eBay challenge

    My base eBay cashback was tracked at $0.09 for a $10 EB purchase. I still have not receive the $5 bonus from the challenge. Did not use any codes, only paid the amount in full via gift cards. Challenge has disappeared from ShopBack since 3 days have lapsed

      $5 Chemist Warehouse challenge on same day (26 Dec) also did not track and now disappeared from app.
      Second time CW challenge did not track. Just joined ShopBack last week.

      Hey all, I've replied to the thread on that particular deal but since we're chatting about it here, just to re-iterate that it appears some purchases that were exactly $10 are being reported to us as being $9.99, which is why the Bonuses are failing to complete. I'm investigating this with the team in the hopes that I can get this automatically rectified, but if this is not an error and is a genuine deduction of some sort from eBay, I'll be happy to help sort folks where I can. Hold the line, I'll update on the original thread when I get more info.

      I think it is supposed to tracked at $0, I am not sure should I be worried ? because if it gets rejected, then bonus gets rejected too
