First post, please be gentle. Saw a couple printer deals posted lately but majority of people require duplex scanning.

  When I have tried to price match with Officeworks previously, they always exclude shipping from their price matched offer (but always factor in the shipping of the price they are matching).

  Therefore I have to either pickup directly from the store, or pay for freight as an extra.

  Anyone had any different experiences?

    Finding it harder to get a price match with OW. About 2 months ago the local OW wouldn't price match at all on the Galaxy 20FE claiming that they didn't have any stock (was BS). For the 20FE Yarraville OW wouldn't guarantee the price match over the phone but said it was "highly likely" and then would only hold the item for 2 hours. About 2 weeks ago Yarraville OW would not price match GG bricks and mortar on the Samsung SD card over the phone citing that the price might change and they would "see what they could do" if I came into the store. Sales person advised that I could call customer service to discuss getting the price guarantee. I said that's already one phone call too many for maybe. Bought from GG.

  As commented on the color duplex model. Make sure that your disable firmware updates before connecting to your network. The new firmware locks out third party cartridges.

    I'm suspecting that that party is already over, they did the firmware lock out a year ago. At some point they would be coming out of the factory with newer firmware and a year seems plenty long for that to have changed over.

  How do you price matched from them?
  Do you buy it with full price first then email them ?
