Yaxell are very hard but brittle to my knowledge. Compared to a more durable global

Sunnecko knives are made in China, Global knives are made in Japan.
There was no mention of country of origin for Sunnecko in Amazon listings so I did some research.
Not saying this is a bad thing but prospective buyers might want to be aware.
I have a SUNNECKO. Not that one though. Doesn't seem like the ones with the layer lines etched on and price is certainly more than a lot of the fake Damascus blades
