Use the Cashrewards mobile app for best tracking results. Personally, I never had an instance where it didn’t track with Cashrewards app.
Before you purchase NordVPN, make sure you scrolled down and Nord didn’t add any add-on products with additional costs (some add-ons are automatically ticked, ensure it is unticked). Your price should be USD$83.76 for 2 year standard Plan.

When do I get tracking email?

A new customer is defined by NordVPN, and nothing to do with your Cashrewards account. Simply use a new email address at their end, the same Cashrewards account as always, and you're good to go.

Click 'Shop Now' or 'Shop Offer' and buy - don't click away to other sites looking for codes and don't use any 3rd party plugins. Best to use the Cashrewards mobile app on 4G/5G as this eliminates potential issues with WiFi/router firewalls etc. Tracking for NordVPN typically takes 1-4 hours.

Remove any up-sold products from your cart such as NordPass & NordLocker as they are ineligible for cashback.

        @danielh: If you use gmail you could use either the "+" trick or shift a "." in the email address. For example
        
        if your main email is called "[email protected]" you can add a + or .
        [email protected]
        [email protected]
        [email protected]
        
        etc… You can put as many periods as you like anywhere in the email address.

    Nord VPN (as well as others such as LastPass) have had data breaches in the past.
    
    I'd avoid using them for password management and utilise something like 1passsord who are very dedicated to security or an open source option such as bitwarden.

    i do have nord (from the 90% cashback deal). And i felt like my internet lost its "snappiness" when i have it on. Amazon doesnt work anymore for me, and youtube, google, takes about extra second to load. sometimes it wont even load for couple second. but if i turned it off, it is perfect fine again. so idont know if i want to keep use it o.0
    i guess bottom line for how much it cost, i better off keep it, while looking for some alternative xD

      I'm no expert but I think the speed is the same but the latency is reduced hence things take a second to load after you click on it but the loading should be at about the same speed.

    i have mudfish, i really like their quota based system, but sadly the game i play doesn't work too well on the client, its all community based server now, and mudfish has to have the server list for that game updated to keep up with the change and i just dont know how to do it.

    for some reason, the server i connect to has way higher pings than it should. Also feels way more unstable connection without VPN.
    its just really bad when it comes to west-aus when the server are overseas, the routing is super bad, and the undersea cable is always down………….

  I use to use Windscribe all the time for gaming, no complaints and you can clearly see the ping for each of their servers. Mind if I ask which game you are playing? And what region are you trying to connect it to.

      Surprisingly I think Windscribe is doing a very good job at speed and latency. I used to leave it on all day just to do the ping test. The pings to my local servers hardly spike at all and because they use different hops compare to my ISP, I can actually see faster pings to certain overseas areas. The only downside is I can't get the full speed (I was on 1000mbps) through my local node, but still able to get around 300mbps or above most of the time.

I use a Nordvpn Brisbane server pretty much permanently for getting good international speeds through my Vocus connection. They seem to use GSL networks for the local Brisbane servers which are brilliant.

It is worst vpn ever didnt get me access to anything in india or usa. When i turn it on the speed dropped and google still identified by current location as sydney as did other websites that i needed local access for. It was waste of money.

Newbie to Cashrewards and NordVPN here. Please confirm if I'm understanding this correctly:

Click through cashrewards to nordvpn. Select plan (I'd choose the 2 year plan $198 for 2 years, currently 57% off so is now $83.76 payment, plus GST.

cashrewards returns (96%-57%=39%) $77.22 within 90 days to my cashrewards account leaving the total cost at $6.54 (plus GST of around $8).

      Yes this is correct. I signed up and got my Cashrewards cashback after about one or two months. I then successfully transferred the money to my Paypal account.
      Make sure you receive your Cashrewards tracking confirmation email within 24 hours otherwise something has gone wrong.
      Also as people have said before either use the mobile app or a browser on your computer with all Ad Blockers and DNS blockers disabled, as this will allow the affiliate marketing cookies to track your purchase.

I’ve been using these guys since the last deal, about 6 months ago.

I regularly stream 4K with US servers, and it’s been 95% reliable. Any little buffering issues (very few) quickly clean up and get back to 4K.

I haven’t noticed any downtime.

Finally. I jumped on purevpn with the 100% cashback but its so slow its terrible. Pity there is nothing for Getflix which was one of the few vpns that worked for Witcher 3.
Stupidly didn't realise premium meant everything was ticked. Luckily they have the 30 day refund guarantee. Jumped on chat and they processed the refund.

Anyone else end up with a blank screen on the cash rewards app after the purchase? Then I see the emails for the purchase coming in, but the app screen still stays blank

Please note that there are three types of bundles:
1. Nord Complete (US$143.76 (AU$234.04) for 2 years) - Has Password Manager + Data Breach Scanner + 1TB encrypted cloud storage
2. Nord Plus (US$107.76 for 2 years) - Has Password Manager + Data Breach Scanner
3. Nord Standard (US$83.76 for 2 years)

I would recommend just getting Nord Standard but with the 96% back offer, getting Nord Complete might be tempting as the real cost is AU$9.30 for 2 years (after cashback). This is the one that I got (by accident).

  Ahhh lol. I finally got the Nord Standard version and was about to work out how to install NORD Lynx (Wireguard) on my GL-AR750 and now discovered that it is incredibly difficult to do unless I have access to a Linux ubunto VM and the requisite skills to run the various terminal jobs and even then THAT is not guaranteed to work consistently.

    They actually had their own VPN service up and running in testing but in the end decided to can it after their lawyers told them about the headaches they'd be gving themselves.

  Look at the Order Receipt email, on the bottom there should be a link to "manage your subscription HERE".
  
  Click on the 'HERE' and it will load up the page were it asks you for your email address and then will send you the special code to activate your account.
  
  Enter in that 6 digit number on the website (taken from the email)
  
  Then you will be prompted to enter in a password

  2) Use the live chat bot to request for a refund.
  3) They will ask why are you looking for a refund?
  4) Then, they will proceed to process your refund.
  5) Was told that the refund will appear back to your account in 5 working days.
  6) Thank them for their help
  7) And a chat transcript will appear in your email account.
  8) End chat, and do survey. Thank you.

Just a headsup for anyone needs VPN for Netflix like me. Just purchased this VPN to test but it does NOT work for the NEW Netflix account (recently registered, like the Turkey deal). There is a error code F7111-5095 "Your account can't be used in this location…".The old Netflix account still work with a good VPN (for US content).

My guess Netflix has geo-restriction for newly created accounts and it is not an issue of VPN.

Please be warned! My experience:

Jumped on this deal on 5th October last year.

Cashrewards/NordVPN are making it INCREDIBLY difficult for me to claim my cashback.

Cashback was tracked and “pending” then it suddenly disappeared showing “$0 cashback” then I emailed Cashrewards to see what was going on and they explained NordVPN said it was not a tracked purchase.

Contacted NordVPN who CONFIRMED the transaction and that it was tracked (showing them proof it was tracked by Cashrewards) and now it’s still pending awaiting approval.

@mods @tightarse many people here are facing CB issues with nord, it's worthwhile to investigate into this before posting it as a deal here.

-First, my cashback didn't track.
-When complained, it was added to the account incorrectly
-complained again, but it was never changed to reflect the accurate CB
-the approved by date has passed already, was supposed to be approved by 2 weeks back but it's showing pending.
-contacted again 6 days back but yet to receive a response from CR

I'm happy with Nord, turn it on for when I need it. No brainer for the price with these cashback deals. Will look for a similar deal in a few months when my 3y plan is up.

The app works great on Google TV as well, connect to USA for HBO, no buffering for 4k.

Also good tip to cancel auto-renewal in the website account settings - mate got charged recently when still had a few months to go and had to get on the chat and get it refunded.

People having issues with cashback should use the mobile app - I never have any issues and tracks straight away. Web browsers could have other ad blockers and stuff that cause issues. otherwise just submit a claim.

How to do this? My price for standard is showing as 100.56 plus GST. I can change the country to US which removes the GST but price remains as USD 100.56?
How do others get USD$83.76?

  When selecting your tax country, change it from Australia to a place like USA and add in the post code 90210. The added GST will then be removed.

I use a free one called geckovpn. I get virtually the same download speed as without. Every other VPN I have tried is a lot slower. Even VPN unlimited when using the torrent connection is really slow. Turn it on and off as I need it.
