    A new customer is defined by NordVPN, and nothing to do with your Cashrewards account. Simply use a new email address at their end, the same Cashrewards account as always, and you're good to go.

    Click 'Shop Now' or 'Shop Offer' and buy - don't click to other sites looking for codes etc and certainly don't use any 3rd party plugins. Best to use the Cashrewards mobile app on 4G/5G as this also eliminates any potential issues with WiFi/router firewalls and the like. Tracking for NordVPN typically takes 1-4 hours.

                @munty: Tracking won’t take longer than a few hours, so yes that’s best as submitting a claim won’t always have a successful outcome as Nord may determine attribution outside of Cashrewards. I can only assume you didn’t use the CR app for purchase? If you used a desktop, do you have things like Honey, AdBlock, uBlock etc installed, or did you use Brave browser?

    I've was a NordVPN customer 3 years ago, with CR cashback 3 years ago, but haven't been a NordVPN customer since.

    Well, the only slight gripe would be the Chrome extension requires re-logging into on a regular basis but apart from that minor inconvenience, good speeds and always works well

        Yep, please be careful with upsold products in cart as they will not earn cashback…

        Cashback is eligible only on NordVPN plans, and not on any up-sold products such as NordPass & NordLocker.

          This is as unclear as it can get. The description under each service variant does not explain what is an upsold feature/product and what is not, the CR offer does not mention what variant out of the three is eligible (it appears only Standard is), and you have not clarified this despite being discussed in the comments and @superbass confirming they are all eligible.

            @maataa0b: Not sure what you mean. The only three options I see available for purchase via the CR app after tapping from this screen are these. All three plans are eligible. Only things not eligible for cashback are the two highlighted products shown here, and GST (which can be avoided by changing country). Hope this helps.

              @tightarse: I can definitely see different options from yours on both the CR app and Chrome. I can see 3 bundles: Complete, Plus and Standard (from most expensive to cheapest). Only Standard has no upsold products and hence is the only one covered with 96% cashback. Other bundles have upsold products which cannot be unticked or deleted before payment. Not sure why we see different options, but it is obvious from the comments that others have the same options I see. So it would be worthwhile noting in the title that only Standard is covered @superbass.

        Couldn’t see an option to tick/untick Nordpass! AUD $175 is about right for USD $126 thought, right?

        Did you cc with no international fee?
        Not sure if my CC has intl. fees, but can’t imagine fees would be this high anyway.

      I had PIA for like 5 years. I was paying annual subscription automatically every year. I jumped on the Nord deal as I will be saving $60 a year. So far I have not seen any difference. The mobile and desktop apps work great. Speed is also good. I just don't know enough about if they pass my data to anyone?
