Looking to refinance our home loan and this came up in my searches - https://www.humebank.com.au/discount

Anyone here dealt with Hume Bank for home loans before?

Are there any brokers that work with Hume Bank that frequent OzB?

Their website is a little unclear on exactly what the discount is but I presume its a 0.41% discount for 2 years from their comparison rate…

Edit: it’s exactly what you think. The discount refers to the lower 2-year rate compared to the liteblue variable rate

Yeah its super low. I'm not at all sure what Hume are like in terms of passing on rate changes or re-pricing etc though..
