SYFE50

They are also doing a $60 referral as below. Got my $50 super quick. Quick sign up + no photo kyc. Received bonus in one day. T&Cs says $1000 deposit must be in account for three days, but withdrew mine next day without penalty. They use something like Osko. Can add (syfe50) into promotions in the app vs using on signup. Or use the referral for $60 and someone gets $20 as well.

      What could go wrong?

        Everything?

Actually one of the better referral offers. Company with little to no bad reviews. Credit's given out quickly and your deposit can be osko'd back.

    Not associated…

    better off paying the ATO

  • +3

Might be better off using the referral offer….

    • +1

Nope. I had a flick through T&Cs, the referral code entitles you to $60 AUD whereas the above promo code gives you $50 USD, so you are about $12 better off using the promo code.

      • It's $50 AUD for Syfe50.

        • Oh my bad, i read the part where it said credit will be received in US credits, upon second look you are right. Do you know if they stack?

          • @eli8te: Might have to check with the syfe CS. Nothing in TCS re: stacking. Bit dirty tho…

  • +1

Does not look appealing. $1000 for 50$?

    • $1000 has to be in there for three days. I got my bonus early (after one day) and withdrew the deposit with no penalty.

      • OK. Got it.

  • Neither the promo code or the referrals seem to work when I put them in the referral box when signing up

    • Not sure about referrals, added Syfe50 on signup (green box) and again when I downloaded the app.

      • Seemed to work once I created my account

  • Isn’t referral code better than the promo code? I’m guessing you can’t stack both?

  • Can check with syfe CS if they stack… You would do the referral offer, then enter Syfe50 after app is installed.

  • Other terms and conditions

    • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Syfe promotions or offers.
    • Net deposit of A$1,000, which is the total deposited amount minus withdrawal amount (excluding fluctuation of portfolio value), must be maintained for at least 3 days to qualify for the reward.
  • HIN sponsored?

based in singapore and only US stocks afaik.

  • How long did it take for your $1000 deposit to be reflected in your accounts?

    • Instant

  • Reading the terms I don’t think you can ever withdraw this bonus? I deposited $1000 and got the bonus. Bought some AAPL and sold. I can only withdraw the money above the initial buy price. I think the bonus money stays in ther forever. Definitely not worth it then.

I've closed all holding positions. How can I withdraw the cash in my account?

If you recently executed a sell trade, there is a 2 business days settlement period before you can withdraw funds. Once the settlement period is complete, a full withdrawable balance will be displayed. You can then submit a withdrawal request by logging in to your Syfe account.

    • Did you need to convert from USD to AUD before withdrawing after selling the stock?

  • very smooth experience, got the bonus the next day after opened the account, didn't use my own money to buy and sell the stock, win win.

Thanks, yeah best referral deal running on here imo.

Thanks worked great easy $60, money out

  • +1

I actually received both the $60 as a referee (40.30 USD), as well as the $50 from the promo code (33.56 USD), was not expecting that… great deal.

    • Ah no way now that’s worth it. Did you just click the referral link 1st to sign up and then enter the promo code during signup?

      • I entered a referral code during signup then entered the promo code after signing up. Then deposited the $1000. Credits came through seperately a few days apart.

        • Thanks for confirming. I’m also going to deposit $1000 and hope that the shares are a better value 🤣

        • Awesome.
Possible for you to confirm if you signed up using the Mobile "Browser" or Mobile "App"?

Not sure if both Browser or App allow entering both Referral & Promo codes? Or only one of them?

Checking which you used to signup, as you were able to enter in both codes at sign-up and after signup.

Also, as you need to convert the USD credits to buy then sell Shares/EFT or Crypto before being able to withdraw the AUD funds.

Can anyone confirm the Trading fees for Syfe(as per their website?
          ASX Shares Fee$5aud per trade
US Shares Free $1.50usd per trade
          ETFs/Crypto Fee1%

          Thanks!!

          • @NDIB: IIRC I did everything through the app, both signing up and entering the referral and promo codes.

Not sure about the last part of your question, but I think it did have fees when I bought (haven't sold the shares I bought yet).

            • @MiscOzB: Thanks for confirming!
              I will use App then!

Seems Syfe is charging trading fees as listed on their website.
Unlike the current Tiger Brokers and Moomoo deals where Trading is free under promotion signup for 60-90days

Looks like they have updated the app. You can’t enter a promo code anymore when signing up on the app. Promo/referral codes can now only be entered after you have signed up for an account. Once you have entered a promo/referral code, you can’t enter another one while the first code is still active. This means it’s more worth while using a referral code which gives higher $60 than the promo code SYFE50 which only gives $50.

Also referrer now gets $30 rather than $20:
