        You can go and edit the deal…
        Edit — Search for "Start" — There instead of just the date, you can mention the time too —- "21/01/2023 11:00am" and the expiry date similarly.

          If I start it at 11am, it doesn’t fit with the other half of the deal that’s mentioned in the title: Liqourland & The Good Guys Westpac bonuses, which is available all day

          Thanks for the suggestion but I’ll let the mods decide if my title needs fixing. My deals posted rarely will get edited by the mods or power users

        Tracking has been slow lately, in my experience… I am waiting to pick up a FCL order from 2 days ago and will keep waiting until it's tracked.

        I'm also concerned about the lack of 15% bonus showing on desktop. Via the app, the W symbol at the bottom brings up an indication that there is a bonus 15%, but as noted, the link from the Westpac bonus page doesn't work…

        So, again, will place an order and wait 'til it's tracked before picking up…

    $25 normal cashback tracked an hour ago from an order 2.5 hours ago, but bonus Westpac not tracked yet.

    Mine seemed to track (got the email) but I can’t work out the amount. Purchase of exactly $50, $11.36 cash back. Any ideas?

    • That seems to be the upsize base cashback of 25%. Looks like no one has yet to receive the Westpac 15% bonus

      ($50 / 1.1) x 0.25 = $11.36

  • When trying trying to make the order from TGG store within the app, i keep getting a only purchases made through the good guys store are eligible for cashback message.

    Seems like there were numerous people experiencing tech issues with this promo on the Westpac side of it - I for one wanted to bite but did not as the app went to an error page & the desktop did not show the Westpac deal as outlined above.

    May I humbly suggest you run the promo again?

    I understand it is the weekend but seems like there were only tumbleweeds at Shopback HQ yesterday…

    Hey all, having a look it seems like a lot of the Westpac Bonus Cashback amounts have been loading in this morning which lines up with the typical 48hr window I've seen for these Bonuses, so I'd hold the line until the end of the day, if you've still not received your Bonus at that point, feel free to shoot me a message and I can take a look for you.

        I submitted a missing claim and it just points at the base cashback. But I received the base cashback; I did not receive the Westpac Lounge additional cashback. And I wouldn't have made the purchase except for both cashbacks stacking, plus my Westpac card is like the least rewarding card in my wallet for standard purchases.

    Hey there mates, just to let you know I've taken the details of the issues here to our team taking care of Westpac. It seems that there have been some sporadic tracking delays for Westpac Bonus amounts over the weekend, as whilst a lot of users have received their bonuses without issue, a lot of still yet to receive them. We're taking a look at this with some urgency, I'll update here and via DM if you've reached out to me about your account ASAP!

      Weirdly, I made a purchase from Chemist Warehouse which had Westpac bonus. I accidentally used my non-Westpac card but the Westpac bonus tracked (and has still tracked) at the same time as standard CB. I made the order again with Westpac card, expecting the first bonus would be declined. The CB tracked exceeds the maximum CB. So from overtracked to no tracking on the Liquorland bonus.

      • Hey there mate, I did indeed miss your comment! So unfortunately I can't pull the trigger myself on whether promos are run, and for this particular issue, the tech team have been working on it to ensure that the eligible bonuses are paid out. Check my update below for more detail there. We're always working to ensure that eligible Cashback and Bonuses, Westpac Lounge or otherwise are working and honoured as they should.

        As for your app issues, yours is the only report I've heard of the app throwing any errors, so I'm sorry for the trouble! In future you might benefit from closing the app and re-starting as often that can fix any server errors that might be causing trouble, or ensuring that the app you have is the most recently updated version. If you're still having trouble there however, do shoot me a DM and I'll be happy to take a look into it for you.

        • Just to add to this, do know that this weekend of promos was definitely not isolated, we definitely have more great Bonuses in the Westpac Lounge locked and loaded for the future!

    • Hey all, sorry for the delayed update here, just wanted to be sure this was resolved before I provided any. I've been checking in on this issue this morning, our tech team who were taking care of this got back to us yesterday to let us know the Bonus amounts would be correct overnight and I've checked on some example cases just to be doubly sure all's well, and can see the Bonus amounts from the weekend have since tracked! If you're still yet to receive yours, I'm happy to follow up on this for you, and will be checking in on those who have DM'd me today to make sure we're all accounted for here on OzB.   • @gotyourback is this a broad problem with Westpac Lounge? There are lots of complaints in the Shopback community on Facebook.

    There's another current offer that would be good for me, but only if Westpac Lounge actually works.

    • Hey mate, if you check my comment just above, we have noticed some tracking delays with Westpac as a whole from over the weekend, but are working on getting this resolved ASAP. I've let the team working on this know of the delays so once the root of the issue is discovered we should be able to fix the tracking up and get it sorted. The Westpac Lounge is a huge and brand new project and partnership here at ShopBack and we absolutely want it working seamlessly, so are ironing out the kinks and will always ensure that valid Bonus amounts are honoured for users.

  • OK. My Westpac cashback for Liquorland tracked sometime yesterday (~5 days) and for BWS tracked overnight (~2 days).
