      I've dealt with bad service before to save a buck. I've waited in phone queues for an hour, sent multiple emails when one would suffice, gone instore to talk to a physical human to get things sorted, only to find the changes weren't made and I had to do it again a week later. I'm familiar with it. But each time, there was always a way through, and if you were persistant enough you could get somewhere. With the Good Guys.. Nothing. There's no openings. No one can do anything, no matter how many times you ask or how long you wait.

      If you have a problem, short of going down to a store and physically holding the store manager in a headlock until he does what you want, I don't know how you get a problem resolved. And now we know why they invested all that money into facial tracking for their security cameras

      But it will just end up being rejected in the end as code isn't an approved code on CR

          The code is now live on CRs - they added it late. So now cashback will be approved by using the code.

    The price of a M2 Macbook pro jumped from $1799 yesterday to $1999 today and now the BDB10 code appears not to even work and on and to top it all off NO 6% Cashrewards for Apple. What a great sale…

      Already called them. It doesn't apply for it. Unless the banner is on the product page (red banner above the price), then it is automatically excluded from the promo

      If the website does not show a red box above the price tag saying "Enter promo code BDB10 at cart to receive 10% off" then it probably doesnt qualify..

    Just purchased a Sonos Move. Usually $699, on their website it's discounted to $549. An extra 10% off using the code brings it down to $494.10. Cashrewards gave $29.95 back.

    Final net price $699 down to $464

    Call your local TGG to price match, you can easily get more than 10%.

    I also noticed that they don’t even ask which competitor sometimes, as long as it’s above the price in their system, you figure lol

    Don’t normally shop there, but price match over the phone experience was pretty good in last couple of months. YMMV

      Yup pretty much… Asked if they could price match the tgg commercial site and the guy said he'll do it for lowest price possible, which worked out to be $80 cheaper than the commercial price.
