    Great price. Thanks OP.

Damn, awesome price. I bought Kogan RGB with Cherry MX keys for $39 recently but this deal was way better in my opinion.

    • How so?

Keys are fine but overall build quality is rubbish. But still good value for money, I guess.

  • Heaps of locations for TGG around North Sydney.

  • nice price!

  • Thank you for this.
    Got one from TGG

  • if only they had cherry blue.. great deal though

  • I have a cheap keyboard with brown switches, and I like that this one has a number pad. How loud are red switches? Like would it wake up my dog who sleeps under my desk? I know nothing about this shit

Won't be too loud comparitive to clicky switches like MX Blues; these are linears. It of course depends on how hard you type and if you bottom out your keystrokes but they shouldn't be any louder than your current tactile switches.

Thanks for your help! I think I'll buy this with the mouse, and add something to make it to $200 for $50 Store Cash

I seem to type a lot louder and harder when I'm on this site, but I'm working on it

iirc, reds are the ones that have no sound, but because they have no tactile feedback/activation (forgot which its called), you may end up smashing the keycap into the base which then makes a (much uglier) sound. If you're a light typer then it's not as big an issue I think. Or you can buy and install o-rings under each key to prevent that.

Personally, I love the clickiness and feel of blues; the classic typewriter-like feel and sound.

Good keyboard but my God the connectors to the wrist rest are so poorly made… Both the clips connecting the wrist rest to keyboard have broken off on mine.

I have had this keyboard for several years and I am not a fan. Mainly the keycaps regularly fly off when hit off centre. I am guessing poor tolerances between the cap and the switch but it is very annoying. This might be just me though.

    • One of the reviews on TGG site says the same thing.

    • exact same experience for me, would not recommend keys always flying off.

I have this keyboard. I like it, it's nice to type on but I thought that keys floating above the board would make it easier to clean. All the dust and hair still is wedged and trapped under the keys. Still need to remove all the keys to clean it.

Great keyboard. Has done no wrong for 6 years. Would order another for the family, however they don't deliver to regional VIC. Seems to be a pick up only deal or Metro only.

  • Great keyboard. Absolutely no complaints

The good guys is clearing out all of their Corsair range, I've been advised by a reliable source in TGG management that they are going all in on Logitech for gaming mice, keyboards and other peripherals. Probably worth adding all these to the same deal post

    Other TGG Corsair deals:
    - Corsair Ironclar RGB (wired) $44: https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/corsair-ironclaw-rgb-gaming-m…
    - Corsair Ironclar RGB (wireless) $64: https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/corsair-ironclaw-rgb-wireless…
    - Corsair K63 red (K68 w/o numpad) $74: https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/corsair-k63-tkl-mechanical-ba…
    - Corsair HS60 headphones $44: https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/corsair-hs60-pro-surround-gam…
    - Corsair HS70 headphones $84: https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/corsair-hs70-pro-wireless-gam…

Say what you will about Corsair quality, but some pieces like the Ironclaw wireless are literally half the price of competitors like Scorptec and Centrecom.

Thanks for the links. There was another post about the mice but there wasn't a lot of interest. Maybe gets more traction in here.

  • OOS for delivery to most suburbs now

  • garbage keyboard, keys just break off.

I've been through so many keyboards and honestly the best keyboard I've ever used is the one I'm using now which is HyperX Alloy Elite 2 with pudding keycaps.

It's just a solid amazing keyboard, they aren't cheap though.

  • Sadly the K68 is no longer available for pickup or delivery from TGG in Brisbane, but I managed to order a K63 wired for $74. This is basically the compact version of the K68, without the numeric keypad.

  • For the last one from TGG Essendon Fields.

Going to add rubber O rings to the keys to dampen the sound, otherwise the keys are quite loud if they bottom out

  • Update: Adding O-rings does not work. The keyboard has a rubber/silicone membrane covering the PCB and the sides of the switches (presumably to make it spill-resistant). That adds some "bounce" to the keys, and they don't bottom out as hard as my old Corsair Strafe or my recently returned K100 used to. However, adding O-rings prevents the keys from travelling far enough to actuate. Still getting used to the longer travel having come off a K100 OPX with O-rings, but doesn't sound nearly as bad as the old K68 used to. Hopefully the LEDs on this aren't as finicky as my K100, where some keys' LEDs stopped lighting up in certain colours (like the 6 key in the alphanumeric row's blue failed, so it would only light up red, green or yellow).

  • Ha I got this for general typing thinking it would feel like a great old Compaq keyboard I had 20 years ago. So now I know red switches means zero feedback, no click or feedback at all. And the deep red backlight is psychosis inducing, not nice at all. Also clacky noisy. But feels solid and well made.

    • Red = linear
      Blue = clicky
      Brown = tactile
