Just spotted this bundle of TCL 305 - Atlantic Blue with Vodafone $30 recharge down from $149 to $49 @ Woolworths loganholme QLD when I was in the Store they had few units left. Not sure if they were on clearance at this particular store or throughout all the stores.
I guess if you go early morning you got a fair bit of chance mate , also try going to the stores that are not too busy(less people in the area)
Any way to check stock levels?
The only reliable way is to actually ring a specific store up; and if they confirm that they have stock, also get them to confirm the price.
As was recently demonstrated re that Samsung Galaxy phone for $19 (or whatever it was), the online stock checker thingies are notoriously unreliable (though they are helpful for identifying stores that may have some stock).
It was the Optus Samsung Galaxy A12. And you can't rely on the online stock checker period one single bit for any thing. It was showing stores as having stock but there was no stock at all to be purchased period to begin with. I wonder if some staff members were hiding the stock some where.
Dont get them to confirm the price - I did this when they said they had stock left - then when they checked the price, magically no stock. Suspect the customer rep bought the remaining stock themselves.
Anyone know if this would be locked to Vodafone or could you use them with another sim?
Yes it is locked but you can buy online keys to unlock it ..or just tell vodafone the reception in your area is not good and they will unlock it free for you

Woolies at Southport Park had this for $59 on Monday so grabbed one and now it's dropped $10 bucks to $49, gee.
As for an unlock code, entered my TCL 305 IMEI on the Vodafone unlock site-came up with IMEI not found, filled out a form and a customer service representative would contact me via SMS or phone with the unlock code within 3 business days, but have heard nothing since then (will have to live chat or call Vodafone).
No TPU case in-box unlike my 10L which had one included but readily available online from Ali, eBay, etc.
Only 2GB but fine for watching Binge, Disney+, Netflix,etc and simple games.
Mine's running the November 2022 security patch (OOB, mine had the Jan 2022 patch).
Saw one in Woolworths Balmain NSW scanned at $49 a few hours ago. Was looking for a Nokia C01 Plus with no luck. They also had a Vodafone mobile hotspot for $29.
