    A word of warning when buying from Spotlight online. Last week I ordered 3 cushions and a throw for my couch. A few days later I get one email saying one cushion isn't in stock, refund issued. The next day, another cushion, refunded. The next day, the throw, refunded. I'm left with an order and paying shipping for one cushion which is now going to be useless without the set. I contact customer service asking for a cancellation of that now that I'm just left with 1/4 of my order. They say it's too late to cancel now. I can get a refund and return it but not on the shipping because it's a "change of mind". Safe to say I won't be ordering online from them again. Not to mention half their products on their website are all "no stock" at 99% of stores.

      Spotlight online would have to be on of the worst. Just escalate your complaint or if paid via PayPal dispute the transaction as they haven't been able to provide you with anything close to what you originally requested.
