Have any OzBargainers bought new products from Reebelo before?
They mostly sell second hand.
And what are the experiences of returns and warranties are like if there's any issues? Ta.

Surprisingly strong positive review average on product review! Definitely not what I expected.

    • Looks like one of the better rated second hand sellers. I'm looking at a pair of marshall major iv headphones, got the CamelCamelCamel alert that they're on sale for $200 at Amazon but found them for $130 on Reebelo.

Only had positive purchasing experience with Reebelo thought I haven't ever had to return so not sure how they handle those and warranties. Only have bought as-new condition refurbished products, no brand new or lower quality refurbished products.

I prefer them over others because their website is really smooth and looks great

I bought a refurb iphone 11 from Reebelo and whilst it worked fine in metro area, I discovered a problem with it in Regional WA. I am with Boost and the phone would not connect to the Telstra 4G tower at the campsite. I used the AusPhone towers app to identify that the tower was only trans/recv on band 28 (700MHz). I contacted Reebelo support and they were very responsive and I was able to return the phone for repair/replacement. So, within their response times I received a replacement phone. Guess what, same issue in not picking up band 28, I contacted Reebelo and they were very responsive again. I queried whether their third-party iphone provider were supplying overseas iphones that don’t support all the 4G bands in Australia. No feedback. A replacement iphone was coming from the previous third-party but then the shipment was recalled and I got a Reebelo iphone from a supplier in Queensland. No feedback on what they found, but my second replacement works on band 28.

So, Reebelo Support are quick, responsive, polite but I went to Reebelo for a working iphone, at a good price, not a friendly service desk. Maybe they will do more thorough due-diligence on their third-party suppliers.

My workplace bought a couple of Macbooks. AFAIK there weren't any issues with them.

As mentioned reviews of them seem quite good, especially on Product Review which can often have a tough crowd.

Bought my last new iPhone from them, only complaint is that the invoice didn’t come with an Australian ABN so you can’t claim the tax back when leaving the country if you’re wanting to do that
