First time poster here, I logged into my Telstra account to see what was on special that I could use my points for turns out you can now redeem for Amazon or Xbox gift cards.

Thank you! I had success using the above link to log in via Firefox and then adding the remainder of the item URL to bring up the particular reward (in my case the Amazon Prime subscription offer). The only issue I am having now os trying to find the link to actually use the codes on Amazon Prime as the link Telstra provided with the purchase confirmation isn't correct. If anyone has ideas I'd be grateful. No luck of course with Telstra customer support.
need to use up points before they expire end of may. getting 404 error when trying to redeem - firefox didnt work. :/
Dunno if they're making it up, but just went a few rounds on the whole 404 issue with Telstra support, with phone calls and everything, and in the end their excuse was that there's an issue with accounts that have Boost on them. Dunno if that's true or just some random excuse they made up but it does fit the facts of my circumstance (just 1 Boost prepaid service with no credit left on my otherwise inactive account).
FWIW their suggestion was to see if I knew anyone else with a Telstra account that they could transfer the points to, and have them redeem on my behalf.
