KFC Feedback survey offer has been updated (downgraded). Must be due to the potato shortage.

Receive a 600ml drink when you leave feedback at kfcfeedback.com.au. Minimum spend $4.95.

There is no longer a different reward for spending $19.95+.

*Conditions apply. To receive validation code, make a purchase, retain receipt from your KFC purchase and complete the online survey. To redeem, print/write down validation code on the original KFC receipt and show to staff at the KFC restaurant.
Spend a minimum of $4.95 in 1 transaction on your next purchase to be eligible to redeem a 600mL drink of choice. Max. of 1 validation code per transaction. Validation code valid for 14 days from date of issue. Not valid with any other offer.

        I tried screenshotting the survey code once, the kid at the window said I had to provide the receipt with the code written down. So I haven't tried since.

          now is correct, they won't accept the five numbers on the old receipt anymore, KFC new survey requires you to scan the QR code and once completed , they will email you the code with combination of number and letter and only valid for 14 days (KFC staff checked my email date last time).

      no, today was pointed to the offer screen which now says 600ml drink, was told probably due to potatoe shortage, but drink is now 600ml instead of 375ml can …… rather chips than more drink ….

        It's quite the downgrade overall though… regular chips vs an extra 225ml of drink. Would take the former any day. Chips 'completes' meals too if you were just buying a burger or something on its own.

    I just went today and they gave me the 1.25L drink and large chips with the $19.95 value burger box. Stacked with the 20% off pick up order.
    Reused the same screenshot so your experiences may vary depending on local stores.

        My local Melbourne KFC also gave me the free chips and drink again today. Didn’t even need to show the receipt or survey code so depends on the employees mood.

    They got smart, with the free chips and drink customers were buying burgers or nuggets and making a meal with the freebies.
    Now with only a drink you need to buy the chips. A combo is about $4 extra where a small chips is about $3.
    Yeah the drink is large. but I was happy with a can, now it's costing me $3 extra for a larger free drink.

    Do you get a printed receipt when order through app? I never get one.

    The email receipt doesn't have a store number, guess it won't validate even if you know what it is?

      I think you can ask the store to print it out.

      Find one on the table, bin, fill out the survey once and make a screenshot.

      It prints out on their end when the order comes through but I see them throw it out since it the order is on their screen anyways. Try and pinch a receipt that is left behind on the premises perhaps.

    They've also repeatedly bumped up the price of the Burger Combo Deluxe (the one with the potato & gravy). It used to be $7.45, and they have been gradually adding to it, so it's now $9.95. :'(

    Wow, end of an era. The free regular chips and can of drink offer was incredible and was a great way to add an extra large chips and 1.25 drink with a family meal. Gutted. We really are truly entering a dark dark time in our country :(

      And, I thought it was bad when they downsized their Gravy to be the same size (and cost) as their Potato & Gravy… no one seemed to notice that one. Half the contents (if it's even fully filled - which it often isn't). What bugs me more is how tiny the regular is compared to the large. Could they not have something in-between?

      The free chips & drink used to be so good with a double tender burger. Cheap meal for $4.95 or $5.45, or is it $5.95 now?

    A downgrade to an offer is not a bargain. Similar to the “deal” that was posted for 50c off a 7-Eleven coffee which was just price hiked by $1.

            @Scrooge McDeal: True that something is better than nothing. There is another issue with the KFC feedback and that is if you order via the app, you don’t have all the details required to fill out the form to obtain the free drink. You need the paper receipt.

              @melbourne guy: That's true, it's annoying that when ordering online you don't have enough details for the free drink. That's something that someone needs to send a complaint email to KFC so they can get it sorted.

              @melbourne guy: Unless they've changed something (like others here, I haven't actually done the survey for a long time, been using the same screenie for years now), you can get the order number from within the app and make the rest of the details up, including store number (random 3 or 4-digit number, try a few different combinations if needed).

      1) Find recipes on the counter or left behind on the tables
      2) I punch in dates from a few days before and get the five-digit code and just show that screen and can still get it

    KFC may run this for awhile for few months then next move is to reduce the 600ml drink back to 375ml cans.

      Yeah I'll be very surprised if they reinstate the chips & drink eventually after the 'potato shortage' is well and truly over. Likely just an excuse for a permanent change to try to save more money. Look at the Twisters, notice they're all still 'crunch' Twisters with the crunchy slaw, even though lettuce supply has been back to normal for months now? At least they can be modified to just lettuce instead, but still.

    This has ruined my day completely. I think it's been running since ~2015 (so about 8 years now). I have probably filled out surveys with those damn receipts about 500 times now. Always 'Just satisfied' in the feedback field to let 'em know it's me. Want to neg but will get leapt on if I do by others so will just leave it at that. Horrible, horrible news and I won't be going as often that's for sure (though doubt they care). Can't believe the chutzpah others have just using the same screenshot, just tells how lazy/cbf the staff are (but wtf - how did you get away with it? they always bring the manager over when I ask for the survey chips and drink, I'm thinking eventually the staff got sick of dealing with 'survey customers' waving the crumpled paper receipts in their faces, I've always been too scared to just use the same code so have spent the extra few minutes filling the survey on the site each time with different codes - usually I just find a paper receipt lying around if I don't I take it to be a sign from the universe that I shouldn't have KFC that day so it really is a make or break for me having the colonel).
