  Has anyone received the orders from TGG? I placed the order on Saturday and paid a 20% deposit. Rest on the pickup, as arranged with the Store manager. Also when do you receive the $250 claim voucher? After partially or fully? I have done a claim online part, but nothing has been received in my email.

    I paid in full, n got my phone within 3 days. online claim, i heard they said u only get in March. or next Thurs, when they next process and release claims.

    Yes , purchased on the 15th and they stuffed up the order. Still waiting for it without an ETA. Don't know if I will miss out on store cash and credit as condition was to pick up by March for store credit in wallet.

      Yes it is meant to be every alternate 2nd Thurs …but for Samsung preorder … it is scheduled for 09-Mar. I had a chat and this was what they told me.

    Fore reference, I had picked up the phone on the 23rd Feb and submitted the bonusoffer claim on the 24th of Feb.

      It took awhile for mine. I picked up the phone on the 14th and submitted claim on the 15th. Got the gift card on the 24th.

      Havent got the store cash yet though

  I rung up my TGG store and they told me to call/email customer support to chase it up?
  Seems absurd when they initially told me that everything will be automatic, and i'll receive the store credit after 2 weeks upon receiving the device.

  I was told I'd be getting my storecash on the 9th of March. Be careful with the storecash, it expires in 10 days when you receive it according to the storecash terms and conditions

    Received storecash yesterday on the 9th. No e-giftcard as of yet, online chat staff says these are being sent 'manually' and should be received via email in the next 3 business days.
