Vintage Blockbuster polo nice. When my local Blockbuster was being knocked down I traded a case of beer with the workers for the big ass Blockbuster signs. 100% worth it.

love it! Do you still have it and it works? Im very jealous.

      • Sits in the shed. I haven't bothered to wire it up or anything. It's on the todo list… eventually.

        • i'll give you two cases of beer if you decide not to do it :)

So we just advertise ourself on ebay now?

    • Hi! Yes you can. This I raised August in 2021 which went successfully. I now have just shy of 500 different items for sale.

      • That's great. Not interested.

You wanna sell your junk, good for you.

I don't put my ebay page up with significantly higher feedback.

An empty ps2 box, that's worn, for $165? Are you seriously all there? With a 'discount' from $220 lmao.

        • It sounds like you definitely should! I'm really sorry that my post has offended you in any way, but i'd love for you too to offer a similar sale if your post meets the guidelines like mine. With your high feedback, I'd think you'd definitely impress the people here!!

You need to list some bargains. Because of the nature of what you sell you can just set an overly high price then offer a coupon. No idea if you have or not, that'd take too much time to research. Otherwise this is just advertising

    • Top off my head, the Blockbuster Shirt has previously sold for $150-200. Mine is under this price. The air con unit part I bought new for $1000. Hardly used, now under $500. Adeladie F1 flag has sold for $200 in terrible condition, mine is mint and less than $120. Other than that, a lot of these items will cost me to post out rather than be profit due to the reduced cost. Looks like the $15 and over hasn't actually come into effect. Its actually storewide! But, happy to talk more. What your comment states is definitely not my intent.

      • You’d also need a min quantity of 10 for any deals posted on OzBargain. Your eBay store is all used items and only have one quantity each

        • Hi Bargains Grabber. Thanks for this info. There are multiple items where I have higher quantity than 10. I wouldnt say a lot, but yes there are a few. The Keychains come to mind, as do the vintage SANFL posters, Canadian Clubs hats for $12 to name a few.

          • @tbangzilla: Ahh maybe perhaps change your title to:

That PS2 box is not in VGC - I would call it fair at best

    • -2

If you consider most of them were ripped open by an excited adolescent at Christmas time, then yes I would call it VGC. It is a hard call though, something I will consider. Thanks for the feedback!

  • Would you mail that NBA 2k22 poster in a postage tube?

    • They sell a postage tube for about $11 but it has no ends :P

      • +1

Wow. I thought that was a joke till I saw it.

        What a joke.

        • Hi, you seem to be leaving consistently detrimental comments. I am very sorry if my cardboard tubes are disappoint to you. I'm not sure why you find these such a joke. If someone would like to buy them, then awesome for them and me! Happy for you to reach out to me to chat about any issues though. Thanks!

          • @tbangzilla: Seriously, you are selling absolute junk.

Who the hell sells postage tubes without ends?

The fact this 'deal' has zero positives says enough about how much the site thinks of your listings.

You have undoubtedly the worst things I have ever seen a seller try and flog. That includes people selling scam 16TB SSDs.

Lemme guess, you were oner of the sellers in the old Port Wharf Markets?

So yes, they are disappoint to me, lol.

            • +1

@scuderiarmani: Well, you can't please everyone I guess.

There's no need to hate on the hustle. If I have the time to put something up for sale and it sells, yay for me/you. Everything is described as is. Remember, one man's junk is another mans treasure!

I hope you find the courage to upload your own store. I have seen an increase in sales since this was loaded, so if my store is the junk you describe, imagine what your quality store can acheive! I look forward therefore to you doing the same if it meets site guidelines.

Good luck to you though, and if you can find only detrimental comments to leave, please consider instead to reach out to me directly or to ozbargain support if you feel like anything else disappoints you. cheers.

              • @tbangzilla: The only thing you are doing is making Australia Post better off.

$75 for used New Balance Shoes? LMAO

$65 for some old sneakers that look borderline throwaway? Good luck LOL

99.999& of your listings hardly cover fees and postage.

I guarantee you are an old Wharfie seller, thank god that shithole is closed for good.

I've sold $6,000+ worth of items this week, under 10-15 listings. I'd say I'm doing fine thanks. Ebay, FB and GT.

                • @scuderiarmani: Wait until you see then next shoes I load up :) You'll be even more disappointed! haha but seriously, one man's junk is another man's treasure. If I'm happy to "waste" my time, let me go and do that. There's no need to be so disappointed. You've made your point and I'm happy to you to raise it further if you need to support.

I've also been to the Wharf once or twice, but what a great disappointment at the closure of an Adelaide iconic spot!

But please move on and good luck to you. Cheers.

                  • @tbangzilla: Iconic spot? The eye sore of the state.

Congrats, you make ebay rich, Australia post rich and you aren't making a cent factoring in your time and effort and expenses.

                    Genius.

      • Yeah it costs about $10 to post so they're $1 each otherwise when you factor that in. All about promoting re-use and recycling! :)

    • Definitely! Happy to take any offers.
