I saw this deal in the "MyMaccas" app: 2 x Quarter Pounder meals for $8.

I'm sure it's targeted, but this price is bringing it back to 2019 happiness!

( Normally, a Quarter Pounder small meal is about $11.80 )

      I usually get those Hash Brown deals,
      eg. 2 for $2,
      or $4 for hash brown and a coffee.

      They know that I have not been using the App for 2+ months now
      (since the November birthday month, haha), so their trying to entice me back.

        Well a Big Mac has two 1/10 of a pound patties, a quarter pounder has one 1/4 pounder patty (or 2.5/10 pounder patty), so I'd guess that the quarter pounder has 25 percent more meat than a Big Mac. Probably worth noting that quarter pounder patties now use fresh meat and the 1/10 patties are still frozen.

              In 2015, McDonald's increased the precooked weight to 4.25 oz (120 g).

                @whyisave: pre cooked is even how restaurants weigh their steaks …. after cooking it depends to what level meat has been cooked or kept warm as juice runs out ….. so,pre cooked weight is how you get consistency …..other wise you would, have people with scales weighing and saying it’s least then 1/4 pound i want another pattie for free ….people will go to extremes for freebies ….like the karen at the HJ drive through window on you tube

        i find a small mac meal fill me up fine …. when they add a cheese burger to the deal i just take of the meat and put on the big mac …..otherwise it’s a lot of bread with 2 burgers ….
