Team MP33 512GB M.2 NVMe PCIe 3.0 SSD $39 + Delivery ($0 C&C) @ Scorptec, Umart, Centre Com (+ Surcharge)

460

Yet. Another. SSD. Deal. Sub-40 512GB NVMe time. Not quite as great as this morning's $70/TB craziness, but not terrible.

Links to the current stores running this deal:

Scorptec
Only 1 unit — MSY
Umart
+ Surcharges: 1.2% Card & PayPal, 2% AmEx — Centrecom
Sad cat photo to look at when all of the above are crossed out

I hate delivery charges, so at least there's a wide net here in terms of pickup options.

Expiry set to 1st March as that's when it ends on Scorptec's site.

Note that this brand/model seems to mix and match controller and flash as their bottom line demands it.

Specs:

PCI-E 3.0 4x
Controller: Phison E13T or Silicon Motion SM2263XT
DRAM Cache: No
HMB: Yes
NAND Vendor: Kioxia or Intel 3D TLC
TBW: 350TBW (Teamgroup say 350 but some store descriptions have 600. Probably 1TB copy pasta.)
Warranty: 5-year limited
Crayons eaten: No

Also of note is the 2TB version at Centre Com, for $149 + $5.00 delivery. https://www.centrecom.com.au/team-2tb-mp33-m2-pcie-nvme-gen3…

yea. not that great of a deal without Amazon prime :)

  • Upvote for the cat photo.

  • I'm a dumb dumb who bought a Steam Deck the other day, this is M.2 and it takes M.2 too. Not to be confused with the M2 memory stick my PSP Go took a decade and change back though.

Jokes aside, does this work in the Steam Deck or nah?

No, it won't fit. These are about twice the size of what you need.
You need a "2230" sized NVMe which are generally more expensive and harder to come by.

Poo. Cheers though, I'll remember the number

  • At this rate of price drop, soon they'll be paying us to take it away!

Seem like a good deal but you got add postage $9

      • why can't I pickup/Click & Collect @ $76?

Need a good 2tb deal and would bite. The sn770 from amazon seems ok for 219 but not gonna wait a month for it with these falls. Good deal but not enough capacity for me :/

Clearing Dram-less Gen3 drives as Gen5 drives are now starting to be discounted in the US.

  • https://www.amazon.com.au/Patriot-P300-M-2-PCIe-512GB/dp/B08… @46.15 is probably easier as it has next day delivery with Prime, and is a better known brand name
