  • You should get double the data, at the moment.

      Yes 35gb+35gb you are right👍

  • Any idea if any special on the 365 day packs?

  • I bought the $9 | 70GB SIM. I only wanted it for the data so I took the new phone number on the packet and won't be porting that number out later.

During activation it gives you the option to enter a CC for automatic monthly renewal/recharge. I didn't enter anything. So when I login under "Billing" obviously no payment details are entered, so they can't charge me for month 2.

So if I want to use Lebara for only 1 month, how do I cancel? i.e. Since Lebara is a Vodafone reseller, am I supposed to phone Lebara to cancel like Kogan/Vodafone now "require"? Or do I just allow it to run out, because without any payment details there's no way for them to bill me?

    • Prepaid, just don't pay as the contract is 1 month minimum. Eventually the service will disconnect but for a period of time, incoming calls/SMS still work.

Yes, I did not enter credit card during set up either. (that sign up stage is for ID verification..just choose Other and use a Drivers Lic etc).

If Automatic Recharge is turned on, at the end of each 30 day period, the plan will automatically recharge by debiting $29.90 using
your stored payment details for further 30 day periods unless you turn Automatic Recharge off or terminate the plan.
Automatic Recharge will only be turned on by default if you have provided your payment card details to pre-authorise your
purchase or you have stored your payment details. You can deselect the default automatic recharge option when signing up for the
plan or you can turn it off or on at any time via your My Lebara account

      • Great, thanks.

I wish their data meter worked. it only displays the first 35GB as it's used up. So I guess that means when the first 35GB has been used up it will show 0GB remaining even though I have the bonus 35GB. (It makes it difficult to guess when to buy another SIM.)

  • I've used about 20GB and it shows I have about 15GB remaining (when I should have a second bonus 35GB). Does the bonus 35GB only show up once the first 35GB has been used up, or is there something wrong and I have to phone them to fix it?

Yes, their system is dodgy (or faulty for you). Once you use your 35GB it will SMS you to say you've use all your data. However you should just be able to continue to use 35GB more.

      • I guess that's all that matters, lol. Thanks.
