Why would you make the port face down? I can't think of a use case where I would want that vs straight out or up

They are requested every now and then on other charger deals. As a random example, it might be useful in more narrow spaces such as behind a TV.

Bought previously as flat & placement is perfect for using a power socket behind our lounge set!

      1. Stop the crap from falling in to the charging port.

      2. Charger is not blocking the power off/on switch on the wall outlet (compared to cables up).

      3. Works better for devices kept on the floor, or outlets placed higher (e.g. kitchen or bathroom).

      4. Cables are making aesthetically pleasing curve upwards when charged device is on desk/chair.

      • That is a good one but i think an up facing port would be better? Normally power points are lower then the devices and if the cable is plugged in then no crap will get in

I hide cables so curves are not important to me haha

    • really?

Pretty much anytime you have this plugged into the wall behind something, a couch, a bedside table, a tv; it's far better to have a low profile and face the cable downwards than to have it sticking outwards from the wall resulting in not being able to put said furniture closer to flush.

  • Thanks. Bought one. Right now, 1 left in stock.

    • Dont worry We still have plenty more in stock…. will fix up

      thank you

  • Hi is this compatible with Apple's magsafe charger? https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/753757
    i.e. will it deliver 15W?

    • hi,
yes it will..its 20W.. so it will cover 15W …. and its apple certified, also sold in the apple store.. so it should be fine..

    • I'd suggest checking charging profiles (which means what (V)oltage and (A)mperage they operate) to make sure it will do fast charging

  • It's telling me that the OZBELKIN code has reached it's limit
