Thanks OP, placed an order through ShopBack. If it gets filled then great but don't have my hopes up. Cashback rates are a bit dodgy there though, orders over $200 will allow you to get 25% Cashback, but capped at $30. If you placed an order for $200 then 25% would be $45.46 (exc GST). So cashback rate is actually only 16.5% for an order of $200 and then the percentage diminishes for any amount over $200
That's false advertising not just a bit dodgy to me. The cashback is unobtainable. Hopefully the beers are obtainable tho.
Yeh I would say it is in breach of s18 acl unless there is a reason for it. Maybe if $100 of your cart was of ineligible items and the other $100 was eligible, then you'd get 25% on the eligible $100 netting a cashback of $22.73? But it's suss @gotyourback

I'm no scholar, just a blue clear hi viz worker, but that just doesn't make any sense at all.Spend $206 and got $20 cashe back only….bloody lier.
Generally with these cashback caps, the sweet spot for cashback is around $100 spend.
But the wording here is OUTRIGHT DECEPTIVE.
It should be "Spend $200, get $30 cashback" / "Spend over $100 get $20" / "Spend under $100 get 20% off"

These hopped up, overpriced ,'hazy' and 'session' beers have flooded the market for way too long in aus.

$16.40 for a case of cold deeds delivered. Pay close to that for a single can some places.
Plus the $10 discount code… could argue it's a $6 slab.
They only just fixed this…. shame they didnt have more supply… but managed to get 9 slabs.
I ordered 7 over about 4 weeks and only received 2. Made a complaint that they kept cancelling my order at the last minute even though it said 'available' online so they gave me a $10 voucher. Slightly better than a poke in the eye but still would have preferred the 7 slabs :) 9 is good going, well done!

Yeah all my delivery orders come from Oakleigh. That's why I didn't post it as a new deal because it might just be Oakleigh, and I also had one of my previous orders cancelled at the last minute. But 2 out of 3 aint bad :)
